How is the newest walmart in the area the dirtiest and the least stocked? Mens clothes has barely anything, the toy department is a joke all empty aisles

April 18th 2022 This wal mart is not a place that cares at all for the customer. Management doesn't honor of the day discounts. Ive observed employees removing food expiration dates off food that had expired. Staff supervision when confronted were not telling the truth and didn't honor lowering the price. The place was not clean plus some employees don't care to help when asked instead you get Idk or I don't know. Or act as your invisible. Target is the better place for all your needs. The clear choice...

nrg had two employees stationed inside of walmart here in mount laurel, they were highly unprofessional, spoke aggressively, etc. i will not let this go, i want everyone to know my experience, walmart should not have vendors inside of their stores. i will post these two individuals on yelp.

Motorized carts for the disabled are never charged. One is always broken. I come with 2 other people who need motorized carts to grocery shop including myself and there's ALWAYS an issue. This is the second time that we've been there and 2 carts weren't charged and one is broken. ALSO expiration dates aren't checked by staff. Shelves aren't faced or organized. I'm extremely disappointed with this particular store. Our rehab for brain injuries shops here once a week and 9 of us come together spending 70 bucks a piece on groceries each week. If things don't change we're gonna have to find a new grocery store to go to.

This is a good Walmart location, it had everything I needed. The staff was extremely helpful when I requested assistance and very courteous.

Im so angry at this Walmart. I ordered a Walmart pickup/delivery. It said it was out for delivery. So I tracked it and watched her drive past my house while I tried to flag her down. She then marked it as delivered. Well, I don't have my groceries. I tried to call the store multiple times to no avail. They never answered. I tried to call the driver, they never answered. I tried to call Walmart customer service, and their answer was "oh well it's being taken back to the store, and is going to be cancelled." WHAT. THE. HECK. Why. Thanks so much Walmart, you are literally trash. TRASH. I am so angry. I don't know why I thought it would be a good idea to try Walmart grocery again. Literally, will never ever order again. You SUCK WALMART!!!!!!!!!!

Not very professional management staff. Went there for an item that was listed as having a couple in stock within 15 minutes. Thought I had found an item that was listed as "in store" pick up only. After different managers who said they were the store manager, told us it had to be ordered on line. Next another manager who said she was the "store manager" Megan, appeared and just said sorry, the computer must not have been updated. After asking if there was anyway she could help us for the inconvenience, her answer NO. It was not, how about I check with another store for you, or gee let me give you 10% off one for you. She simply stated she did not have the authority???? Extremely poor customer service, especially from management.

okay so I thought previous reviewers were exaggerating when saying employees are rude. if you doubt it, my experience: I asked this white lady where the spirits may be and in the rudest tone she could conjure up, tells me "it's illegal to sell spirits in grocery stores in Jersey. go to a liquor." *turns her back on me* I promise she did not hold back on the tone disrespect lol. i've been having trouble finding myself a simple 40, in this area of literally only hotels, so that wasn't necessary lol. i'm from california, staying at these hotels, so excuse me for not knowing that. if there was more access to liquor out here in jersey, maybe she could relax and wouldn't have been so bitter to someone she don't know. and I wouldn't be writing this. because you get the energy you give out. lol. and I wasn't even mad but I def know retail employees (I did the same as one) be reading reviews of where they work, so..

Worst Walmart I've ever been at employees on cellphones blocking aisles. Manager mike is rude and very unprofessional brown hamburger in meat case barely any stock on shelves. Looking for help with something your out of luck employees very busy texting and being loud talking to each other rather then doing the job they get paid for. Bathroom is filthy. I think this Walmart is a lost cause . Whatever happened to customer service because this mount laurel new jersey location has none. Wish I could give this location 0 stars

When this WalMart first opened it was OK. Since then it has slowly gone downhill, to the point today (Oct 2020) where I would not recommend visiting nor patronizing it. Empty shelves or numerous missing items on same. Missing price stickers. Open food product on shelves (people eating then put back on shelf). broken open boxes of laundry powder on floor. Cosmetics missing or tampered with. Numerous carts blocking aisles and center causeway also two carts observed blocking emergency fire exits. The place is a mess and the associates apparently could care less as does management. Also observed several patrons and employees wearing masks incorrectly (nostrils exposed) and one not wearing any at all! -- Summary: Avoid this Walmart on Rte 73 in Mt. Laurel NJ at all costs. It is pure ghetto and a covid-19 pandemic trap.

Most incredibly ridiculous experience today. Store #5944. For the very first time since this store opened, I was so happy that I could find the things that I usually look for at Walmart. Their shelf stock is almost always poor at best, but today, I was very, very lucky. Most things are not priced, but I was still happy. I shopped for over an hour and had a full cart. The store was not packed with customers..............but there were 2 lines. 1 line feeding into 3 cashiers, and then one line for self check out. BOTH LINES WERE TO THE BACK OF THE STORE, AND THIS IS A VERY BIG STORE. I got in line, and after 20 mins and not moving more than one person forward, I called the store, pressed 0 as required to talk to a store associate. It rang for over 15 mins, and NO PICKUP. In this time I moved 2 places and was finally (after the line bent around) with my back to the very back of the store. I called again, pressed 0 for an associate and Again............NO ANSWER. After about 40 mins in line and moving aprox 6 spots forward, I move my cart to the side and abandon it. ON my way out I told the 3 men who where standing there talking to each other to please tell the Manager that I am very unhappy with my experience, and that I abandoned my cart after just about NO MOVEMENT in 40 mins in line.........One of the men replied..........."Mamm you do not realize that each of the lines feed many registers (meaning 3 cashiers for one line and the several self check outs for the other)..........Hello??? Just add insult to injury why don't you???? I stood in line for over 40 mins...........could not even reach a person on the phone.............I had been to the front at the very beginning of the horrendous LINE DISCOVERY and was very irritated that there were only 3 cashiers with such a long line, and many of the self check outs (particularly the one with belts) were CLOSED. Im 57, I understand lines and shopping. I do not mind lines.................I stand in them all the time. THESE LINES DO NOT MOVE.......... It was the most UNSATISFACTORY VISIT THAT I HAVE EVER HAD AT A WALMART. I came home and called Corporate, was hung up on 2 times..........2nd time in the middle of the conversation. I WILL BE QUITE HAPPY TO PUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS WALMART ON EVERY "NEIGHBOR" PAGE THAT THERE IS ON FACEBOOK...........all surrounding that store. What an INCREDIBLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WASTE OF TIME.............and honestly. I use to love Walmart, probably spend over 250.00 close to 300.00 per week there. NO MORE!!!!! Especially when I usually go, what I need is almost never there............again, I was so happy that I found everything and filled my cart tonight. But could not waste the rest of my life in a line that was going NOWHERE!!!! .

If you love having people NOT take per cautions around your food in the middle of a pandemic then this is the place for you! Here is example number one of this lovely lady who for her own safety is NOT safely wearing the mask that the company has taken upon itself to get for her to wear Nor is anyone correcting her so apparently no brains needed to work with the safety of food. Keep up the good work Walmart

COVID19 Quarantine Review; I recently stopped here to grab diapers since all my usual online outlets were out or experiencing shipping delays with COVID19. I ran in on a Wednesday morning around 8:30. The store had limited shoppers and notices were posted asking shoppers to be mindful of the 6 foot social distancing. In addition to diapers I grabbed some produce, which was well stocked. I also grabbed some milk, which was limited. I opted to do a self check out. The stall was clean, and as soon as a shopper was complete - the attendee wiped everything down.
