Amazing service! They accidentally mixed up my order during crazy rush hour but fixed it asap and offered me the other pizza for free! Fantastic customer service and they were all just so happy and nice even though it was crazy busy! Fantastic staff!
I made an order at 13:01 EST. The driver arrived at 15:11 with cold pizza and missing an item. The driver said to call the store so they could fix it, as I called, the driver left with the pizza before I was on the phone with the store. The store told me that my order was credited back to my account. I waited over 2 hours for pizza I never received, 1 hour and 25 minutes after the tracker said it came out of the oven. I do NOT recommend ordering from this store.
