nah this dunkin's always has some sort of problem, either they take 30 minutes to make a drink or they forget some items in your pickup order. Either way they need to get they're shit together. also yelp should have 0 star ratings, that'd fit this better

The lady with the head dress is the most rude employee I have ever had to experience.I ordered two donuts. I asked " may I have a vanilla frosted and strawberry with sprinkles." When I noticed she didn't grab the sprinkle strawberry, I asked oh my I have strawberry with the sprinkles. She scoffed and said. You didn't say that! She grabbed the bag annoyed and threw the donut on the rack and grabbed the one I wanted and then tossed the bag on the counter. No thank you, no hello the only words were the completely rude comment.I'm sorry I inconvenienced you by doing your job sweetheart. If you don't like your job find another job or stay home. Don't poison the community because you are having a bad day. I hope you find peace and happiness.Safe to say I won't be going back here if she is working there.

Not sure why for almond milk matcha ice latte.But this guys keep mixing up skim milk or water to a thick and nice almond milk.It’s visible what the lady is doing and still charge $6. For not a full beverage.What you think we are fools not to notice that doesn’t taste same?I do three stars as used to be nicer before but should be less now.

I got a real latte from here made correctly with a proper amount of foam. That never happens at a Dunkin’ Donuts . Extremely happy. I got the “turtle flavored” and it was delicious. Usually Dunkin is way too sweet. I’m very very happy!!

They try, you can tell it's just on multiple occasions my coffee was just mediocre. For example ordered a chocolate ice coffee and barely any syrup was used and what was put into the drink was on the side of the cup not even mixed in. Just a lazy, had to ask for more chocolate and for them to stir it in.
Very friendly and pleasant. Always say hello and know what I want before I ask.

This Dunkin tries to satisfy their customers. The food is average and the atmosphere is below average because of where they're located, but the service i always receive is always above average. I'll go here before I go to the next 2 nearest Dunkins.

When I asked for a chocolate crawler, I was given a twisted glazed donut. Not what I asked for, nor was it even remotely close to what I wanted. At least she could have done was put a CHOCOLATE donut in my bag in lieu of the chocolate crawler that I initially wanted.
