Awesome place with amazing pizza. I love the Sicilian with peppers, onions and pepperoni. I just wish they had rice balls available and didn't use that bbq tasting Cluck You sauce on their buffalo wings. I always ask for my wings naked so I can toss them in real buffalo sauce when I get home. Also a great place to have a beer while you're waiting for takeout.

been coming here every now and then since i was literally 5 years old. ive seen the changes and gone through my own to say the least...to me it means alot when i walk into a place and no one judges or laughs at me etc and franks is unfortunately one of the FEW PLACES that never made me feel unwanted or anything after all the changes ive gone through. ty for everything. baked ziti was great tonight :)

Excellent food. We have been going her for decades now! .
Best calzone around. Service wasn't great, and the place needed a major makeover. It's very dated and depressing inside. I live 30 minutes away, so we eat the food at the restaurant, but if I lived closer, I would just get the food to go. Also, we did get the special calamari. It was delicious. I could recommend asking for extra toppings.

Good food, but disappointing service/management. We placed an order for delivery and one of the items was not made as requested. When I called to let them know, they offered to make it the way we asked for and deliver that, which I felt was appropriate. But then when it arrived, the delivery person said he was told to ask for the original item back! This was fine because we weren't going to eat the rest anyway (had already cut into it, which is how we found out it was wrong) since it wasn't very good, but I was shocked that they would even ask. I'm not sure if they didn't believe me that the order was wrong, or were just angry that we asked them to make it right, but either way I found this offensive. And spiteful...they clearly were going to just throw it out anyway. Not to mention that they made their poor delivery driver have the uncomfortable task to ask for it back from an already disappointed customer. I didn't take it out on him because he was just doing what his boss asked him to do, but this is no way to treat a long-time customer or an employee. We will not be going back any time soon, for sure.
