Food is good and the atmosphere is home town! Sometimes they have great live bands on a Saturday night! Give them a try, you won't be sorry!!

Some of the best pizza in the area. If you like pie bar style (thin crust), don't look further. Even the Buffalo chicken pizza is great. Staff is always super friendly and attentive. Classic jersey bar atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Great service. Very happy. Ordered 11 pizza pies for a party. Delivered right on time and the pizzas were tasty. Ordered cheese, veggie, and chrones special. Overall great experience would definitely order from here again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, first off no parking at the place which I thought was a good sign it's busy. I got a whole sub that came out looking like a half of a sub, I got a calzone that was not wrapped, it had tin foil only on the bottom and was just thrown into a paper bag. The calzone was not cooked enough so it fell apart in the middle while taking it out, I had to finish cooking it myself for 20 mins in the toaster oven. All for $26 bucks, you got me once because Cioffis was closed but never again.

Tastes ok for 5 minutes while it's hot. Maybe the subs and pasta are ok? I doubt it. Wings are bodega wings with no sauce and cheap bleu cheese that cost 6 bucks in the city but they charge 12 in NJ? Ok.

This is the best pizza place in all of New Jersey. There isn't a bad thing on the menu, you want a calzone? Some calamari? A classic pie? Maybe even a Veal Milanese - this place has got you covered. The staff are all incredibly sweet and personable, and the inside is such a cool throwback to an earlier time. I cannot recommend this place more to anyone looking for a good meal for both adults and children.

Stuck to the basics... Plain Cheese Pie; food dough, good cheese to sauce ratio. Sauce was awfully SWEET. I asked for fresh Basil and fresh garlic on the pizza, but they didn't put it on the pizza or on the side. I ordered a side of Italian Sausage with extra sauce and grated Parmesan cheese. The sauce was definitely different than the pizza sauce. It was delicious and helped soften the stale Italian bread that it came with. The onion rings... HUGE portion!!! Half of the onion rings were the typical frozen rings that don't actually have a slice of onion in it. The other half of the onion rings were hand battered and delicious. If I ordered from here again, I'd ask for the sauce from the sausage be used for the pizza.
Some of the food here is okay but I just had a meatball sub and it came in tiny dice shaped bits of bread infused meatball parts swimming in sauce. When closed the bread halves hid any evidence of meatballs. Also it tasted like I had COVID-19. In other words no taste. The waitress was very friendly and efficient.

Our family has eaten at Chrones for years, and it never disappoints. Mohammed is hospitable and takes great pride in his restaurant. The Italian food is reliably delicious (special shout-out for the red sauce), and the pizza crust is thin and crispy. I like that they have some combo meals where half portions of some of the more popular dishes are combined, like chicken and eggplant parm. We also appreciate the casual environment (the food area is adjacent to the bar) that has a home-town feel.
