Walked in on a busy Saturday evening with my wife. The place was bustling but we were able to grab two seats at the bar after waiting about 10 minutes. Sara was tending bar and she greeted us right away. We shared a steak, arugula salad, a side of onion rings, and had a couple of drinks. One of the best meals we've had in a while on datenight and Sara's service was top notch. My wife and I go to Roots often and we found the food and service better here. Atmosphere was more authentic too. Hope to be back soon.

Excellent food, really, very good selection of drinks and cocktails, and excellent service too. Only downside is that the place is small but popular (rightfully so) so it's always packed, and the noise level is quite high

Such a great place! Elevated bar food at its best. Reservations are strongly recommended and I can see why. Upon our arrival on Saturday night this place was hopping! Our table wasn't quite ready so we enjoyed a drink by the bar. Expertly crafted cocktails that are as beautiful as they are tasty. We each sampled a little something from the menu and everything was a hit. My Chicken Mole was surprisingly delicious. I rarely order chicken, but the description on the menu really had me intrigued. My favorite item of the night was the house-made lemon cake dessert. I love all things lemon and this did not disappoint. I wanted to get an extra order to-go! Our server was so enthusiastic and fun. He made the night that much more special. Between the amazing food, the attentive wait staff, and the cozy roar of the fireplace, the four of us really enjoyed ourselves. Our only grape is that this place is far from where we live!

An all around great experience! Food was delicious, a great variety mixed with some classic dishes, so there is something for everyone. The shrimp appetizer was incredible. Cocktails were delicious with great wine selections as well. Atmosphere was bustling and busy but not loud and somehow still maintained intimacy and the ability to have a conversation. I will definitely be back!

Cozy, clean and great service. A bit pricey for what you get and they added a 3.5% credit card penalty. Food was OK.

Came here frequently pre-covid. Stopped coming after shutdown when the food quality dropped and service got stiff. Word around town is Dillon’s is good again. Came in Friday and had an amazing steak and a pour of Weller. Saw sn advertisement for Happy Hour in the bathroom and can’t wait to try this week. Happy to have you back in our restaurant rotation.

I can't say anything about the food. Because when we went there, they were having a private party. But what did impress us? Is that the manager ran out after us and brought us free coupons for appetizers. And drinks to return and thank us for coming. Very

Great neighborhood Pub! Food is consistent and excellent. Service is friendly and well executed. Whether you live within walking distance or are from far away you will feel welcome. Ambience is warm and inviting whether you sit at the bar or the fireplace. Menu is not overbearing but you should be able to find something you will enjoy.

Great food and drinks! Our server was great too. Only thing that was odd is we sat atop a small "stage" but other than that it was great.

I've been coming here for a few years now, and I can't help but feel like the place is progressively going down hill. Don't get me wrong, it's still very decent and a great higher-end gastropub option in the area, but it just feels like over the years prices have gone up significantly while portion sizes and quality have gone down. For example, we just went tonight and everything was really way too salty. My husband, who never sends anything back, sent his beer back because it was spoiled. The pasta with boar ragu should not be a $30 dish. The portion size is very small and lacking meat sauce. One thing they've consistently done well is their seafood. They know how to perfectly cook seafood. The ambiance is cozy and dark and makes a great date night spot.
