I stopped by this location to get food with my girlfriend since we were in the area. We’re regulars and frequently visit millers in Philadelphia . My server was Jeffery and he treated us very oddly by staring at us weird and making us both feel uncomfortable. When I told him my order he seemed like he wasn’t present and couldn’t understand me (I was speaking English). When I told him my order of the prime rib burger and a side of cheese fries he couldn’t understand what I was telling him and I had to go as far as explaining I wanted fries with cheddar and mozzarella melted on top as my side and so did my girlfriend with her zingers. When the food came out he gave us an appetizer of loaded fries instead of two sides of cheese fries like I asked for. I explained to Jeffery that the order was wrong and we were charged for a full LOADED CHEESE FRIES appetizer when that’s not what we wanted. He up charged us to get a higher bill and did not correct it. Jeffrey was very inattentive to us, he moved very slowly and appeared to be under the influence of some sort of substance (this is just me speculating). Jeffery never once offered to refill my drink and never checked in on us while we ate. I sat down with an empty cup multiple times as he walked by. I will not return to this location again 0/10 service. The food was still delicious as always.
