Come here all the time and usually have a great experience. Went tonight at 9:02pm through the drive thru and was told by the employee they were closed. Looked it up, Google says they close at 10pm. Lights were on and employee was standing there on his phone. Real good customer service guys

The hours say they are open until 10pm but only the drive through is. The inside closes before that. Got there at 4 and the door was locked. Would have been nice to know before I got the kids out of the car in the rain. It’s a pain to ask do you have this donut over and over.

This review is strictly based on in store service. I’ve been inside this Dunkin about a half dozen times. DO NOT GO IN TO ORDER. Service in side is miserably slow. I watch drive thru order after order get serviced while I am inside waiting for donuts that are ready and just need to be boxed. Shouldn’t take 10 minutes. Drive thru service is fine but I will never step inside again. Will most likely not return to this Dunkin unless my other location options are closer.

I worked here and I would never advise anyone to work here unless you have Dunkin experience. I was put right on the spot and the manager expected me to know everything without training. He compared me to the other workers with more training and would laugh at me behind my back which really hurt me. I left this job nicely but unfortunately the manager isn’t very nice and was certainly not very nice to me

We went there on Sunday Morning 10am for a dozen donuts. So my kids could pick out the variety they wanted we went inside. Guess what…. Once again we stood there for almost 5 min, the only ones inside, standing ant the counter and no one acknowledged we were there. Probably didn’t matter, the selection was terrible, maybe 4 or 5 different varieties were there. Not sure why I bothered Dunkin is has been terrible for a while. Unfortunately the Amish market is closed on Sunday so off to ShopRite, this is where we should have gone in the first place. Huge selection large, large donuts and actual variety. Do ourself a favor and go ANY place other than Dunkin’!

Normally not this type of person to post reviews like this however this is absolutely unacceptable. Went in to dunkin to grab a coffee and my toddler wanted to pick a donut. Upon looking at the selection, the donuts were covered in flies and bugs which led us to make the decision to not grab anything at all and head out to a different place of business entirely. Don't eat here if you don't wanna chance it. Yikes!

They take 1 order at a time in the drive through so i started going in but now they just expect you to use the touch screen or mobile pick up and because of it they ignore you. Im going to be late to work because they ignored me for 15-20mins along with others in line. Food is always cold or burnt there is no in between anymore. There is also only one person on the whole staff that can even bother to stir the drinks so I pay extra for cold foam and than can't enjoy it because i have to stir it in since i don't like black coffee. This store has been a mess since day 1!

The boy and girl who were working at 1:50 on Saturday, 7.8 are a disgrace to your brand. They were both messing with me in drive through so I couldn't order. And when I said that I had an appt to get to the girl said, "don't give me attitude! " Clearly I wasn't nt going to order, and when I passed the window that was open I looked inside and asked the guy's name and he looked at me and shut the window! Terrible work ethic.

I have came to this Dunkin 5 times this month. I ask for iced coffee, and get hot. I ask for chocolate donuts, and get chocolate cake donuts. Half the time you come here they don’t even have regular glazed, Or chocolate. They burn bacon on sandwiches, just horrible.
