It's fine, I ordered in person. They give you a lot of food, it's $11 with tax for a bowl, I was pretty full and it's a nice place. It's just as good as Chipotle and I'll come here again.

I ordered door dash/ Bubbakoos around 9pm last night for my son, he has been vomiting with diarrhea and stomach cramps all morning, I called the store to ask if they can check the ingredients in his order, so no one else gets sick...I was told by an employee I don't know I wasn't here last night...

Heres the thing, everytime we order from this location for a pick up, the items are never sitting waiting. I am left waiting for them to bag up my order. Today it happened again, fine. I got back to office and realized they messed up our order: Shredded chicken INSTEAD of crispy chicken requested, Nachos has Lettuce when requested NO LETTUCE. We are Done with this location. I guess reading or paying attention to what a customer wants is such a problem, we wont be back. There are other locations that can get it right. We will go there.

Service was the highlight of this visit. The woman waiting on us was cheerful and efficient. She took the time to explain various ingredients to me daughter. Kudos! Burritos were huge and yummy.

It is Thursday October 12th 8:36 pm. I want to share my disturbing experience with your store in Neptune City on Route 35. I had placed an order for pickup through Uber Eats. When I arrived at the specified time, my order was not ready, and no one acknowledged my presence upon entering. I left briefly, as it seemed the staff was overwhelmed. Upon returning, I was finally acknowledged, and I was told it would take a few more minutes. I patiently waited for 30 minutes as they continued to serve walk-in customers.When I inquired about the status of my order again, I was informed it would take even longer. I requested the order to be canceled, but I was told it couldn't be done. I then expressed my dissatisfaction with the service and the manager, who identified herself as such, raised her voice and told me to leave her store. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it.I feel deeply disappointed and disheartened by this experience. I will be sharing my negative experience with my colleagues, urging them not to order from this place. Treating customers with respect and decency should be a basic expectation. I even had to remind her to maintain social distancing. I will likely need to get a COVID test with the way this woman jumped from behind the counter and barked in my face. This was a truly a terrible experience… never stepping foot in any bubbakoos again! and I will be sharing my experience with my colleagues! Horrible…

Used to be one of the best local joints in Ocean and Monmouth - especially the original Point location.Through their expansion greed and lack of care have plagued their services, especially at the Neptune location. 80% of my 20+ orders at this location have been missing items or items are entirely incorrect outright. When you’re paying a premium price you expect premium food and premium service which no longer exists from a Bubbakoo’s experience.Never again, you’ve lost a customer of ~15 years. If lackluster and incorrect is your taste, Bubbakoo’s of 2023 has got you covered.You could can the corporate PC response, ownership. Do better.
