The staff is for the most part friendly, however they can be a bit unprofessional. Yelling in the mic to other staff members when they have a customer ordering. Quick to give attitude when they are asked a question.I go because they still have punkin spice swirl other then that I would not drive that far out.
Got there at 8 am and ordered a sausage egg and cheese on English muffin and a jelly donut. Observed that as early as it was the preparation area was filthy. Stains and crumbs over much of the area. My food was only partly cooked, muffin was hardly toasted so it was mushy, the jelly donut had to be from the day before as it was sweaty looking; I wouldn’t even try it. Intend to return all for refund.

Morning visits are great and I get what I’m looking for quickly and with a smile. The afternoon crew is always SO slow. Consistently. I try to avoid because it takes so long to get my order when I want an afternoon pick me up.Worth it in the morning; find somewhere else to go after like 12.
