My first time having Philly Pretzel Factory, I had the best experience as the fabulous owner of this location, Moe, handmade my pretzels himself. He’s super kind and funny. I ordered the traditional pretzels…they are the perfect balance of chewiness and crunch, with just the right amount of salt. I tried the cheese and cinnamon dipping sauces and it was just fantastic. I’m hooked! The traditional soft pretzels are excellent, but if you want something a bit more indulgent, they have stuffed varieties too. I love this place.

Got there, one inside Walmart on 66, at 5:08 and asked for a bucket of pretzels and was told no they need at least an hours notice for a bucket which every other pretzel factory place said they just need about 20 to 30 mins for a bucket and that's if they don't have them in the case. I wad then told they stop catering at 5pm which again a bucket isn't catering. The person there told me they started cleaning so there would be no more pretzels made. Then you should say you close at 5pm. Drove to the one in eatontown and the gentleman was able to give me a bucket at 520pm. People who actually work!

Makes the giant twist Pretzel (different than most PPC's). ALWAYS fresh, precisely cooked with the friendliest service. A Sunday ritual that sometimes extends until Wednesday. How many times have you had a Bagel fresh from the oven?

I wanted to say thank you very much to this pretzel factory over here and Walmart in Neptune city New Jersey all I can say is the gentleman that was working there recognized me and I recognized them as well this location is very well maintain and yes it is busy so they cannot help it if they do not have some of the stuff but nothings wrong with that because at least you know all the product is fresh for those who say or give it negative vibes it’s not right because this place does treat you very well the pretzels are delicious this is why they deserve five stars plus they recognize their clientele amen

Just a stand inside of walmart. Pretzel dog. Must have been sitting unfer the warmer for hours. Chewy and dry. Lukewarm cheese.

Walmart - Walking up to get a pretzel and witnessed the gentleman with the beard eating out of a container with his finger and then instead of washing his hands wiped the residue on his pants and picked up his cell phone and started texting. Walked away immediately! 8-27 @6pm.
