The manager here is very rude i needed a place to charge my phone the guy upfront said sure then the manager said no also slammed my finger in the bathroom door it closes too hard and fast and they always get my orders wrong now it seems like they don't even let people use the bathroom over there in the portion sizes are getting smaller and smaller but yet more expensive

I went in I have acute hearing.I'm also soft spokenKitchen equipment was loud and the order taker wasn't speak loud enough and I gave up when he said all the fried sandwiches have ghost pepper ?️ very intimidated I just wanted a chicken sandwich with fries and some other side or two. They missed out on a 30 dollar order as my immigrant girlfriend would also have been place her I'll try drive thru next time

went here for lunch. staff was very friendly, polite, professional, and attentive. got the 8 pieces combo w mashed and cole slaw. chicken were fresh and crispy. the breaststroke were juicy and moist. took my dad here and for a low appetite man, he enjoyed 3 pieces very thoroughly. only suggestion is to have condiments and napkins out in the dining area for customers instead of having to keep asking.overall cleaned space and delicious food!Parking: 1 way in and 1 way out. parking on both sides and there is free street parking

I used to like Popeyes in Neptune but now the food is very very different they had a cook named Moe and another cook I cannot remember his name he worked that night but they were the best cooks they took their time with the chicken and they gave it to you the way you like it but now these people that cook their they aren't even cordial with you they don't say hi they and no one in the store ever ? smile and the biggest thing is that the turkeys this year they have no information on when and where it's time to order the turkeys what's going on Popeyes in Neptune you used to be good now you falling off what's going on Mike check out your workers Mike they're not friendly at all and they always seemed as though they having attitude although I would like to give Darren his props because he is the best worker you have right now because the rest of them they act like we have to buy the nasty chicken they cook pump up your volume Popeyes you used to be a great restaurant and now you're turning into the nasty Popeyes, and I would like to add every time I go in there to eat and they never have clean tables and the bathrooms bathrooms are never clean and they never have any paper towels and they never have soap in the soap dispensers what the hell is going on with the Popeyes we used to know when you had that crew with Valerie h 00 now you have none of that crew there and the crew you have now they really suck except for Darren I'm not sure if the night cook is still there but if he is you better keep him close to you because these people that cook they don't know how to cook Popeye's Chicken ?? get it together Popeyes used to be a 10, now it is a rating of double zero

The manager here always makes the experience. He been rocking there handling business for years now so salute to him. You tube world wide say biscuits be dry well not here moist pack. And you already know this location food be bussin from the tenders to mac and cheese to cole slaw to the sandwich all that chick Fila has good salads and nuggets but there sandwiches and mac are both terrible I don't know why people hype over it guess my taste buds are on point idk but enough said I really did this for the service so check out Neptune rt 35 you'll be glad you did
