Waited 10 minutes to be served today because the young boy working was talking to his friend who wasn’t even ordering. They were just chatting. The worker finally said to his friend, “let me take this customer.” I told him he could continue talking and I’ll wait on the young lady who was already serving customers. At this point I’ve already been waiting 10 minutes. If you are going to talk to your friends fine but take care of your paying customers first.

This Rita’s is always on point after hitting Bradley Beach. Never disappoints. Bunch of kids running the place? Yes! Aren’t pretty much all Rita’s operated by young kids. They are doing a great job. Keepp up the good work. Again no complaints.

Good service and tasty custard. The 4 stars is really only about cost. 1 sm cone, 2 small dishes with fudge $20 (with tip). Seems high but was good tasting.

Thank you to the workers at Rita's tonight!!! I just moved back to Jersey after years of not being around a Rita's and I'm 6 months pregnant. I've been having a wicked craving for a mango gelati for months now, but we got into the area just minutes after they closed. I'm so so so thankful that the amazing workers were able to serve me ice and a pint of custard so I could make my own gelati at home!!! Thank y'all so much!! Will be back soon (before closing time next time- I promise!!!) I didn't get their names but they were so kind!!!

This is a large sunday (see picture)?!?! 2 out of 3 orders in the last two weeks have been completely messed up. The first time we ordered some special named sunday that was supposed to come with sprinkles and gummy bears but it was just plain custard. Come on!
