Well 1st off the young girl that answered the phone was very rude then when I told her that I wanted to place an order for pick up I was told that I had to pay with a card when I asked why when I was coming to pick it up she really didn’t have an answer and I was asked would u be there before 8 pm when it was 755 so I asked her would my food be ready before 8 the heffa hung up it’s cool cuz the food sucks anyway was just trying to get some plain shrimp cuz thier sauce sucks but this has solidified that I would never be back here it’s gross anyway if u want really good seafood y’all should try hooked and reel or seafood boil

The food was mediocre at best. The only reason this place is getting three stars is because of the band. The service was horrible. They added 15% gratuity onto the bill automatically and did not tell us. They should’ve mentioned something because as most people do, we do not look at the bill, we just leave the credit card and sign for it and graciously leave a 20% tip.

Never made it to the food...the bar experience was enough for us. An almost empty bar and the bartender, though very pleasant, couldn't get a simple drink order correct...after 3 trys..we decided to move on to Bradley Beach and order dinner there.

I’ve never heard of gratuity for one person sitting at the bar with a $30 check. Seems racist if you ask me plus the bartender stood at the hostess stand for about 15 mins before walking passed me so I could tell her I was ready to order with a total of 5 ppl in the entire place. Trash if you ask

Subject: Horrible ServiceGood Day,Friday, January 19, 2024, my daughter treated me to Sea Crab Restaurant for my birthday. The server made it a horrible experience. Here are the fact:1. She did not smile2. She did not introduce herself.3. It took her 20 minutes to get to the table the first time.4. Each time it took her a minimum of 20 minutes to get back to us.5. When I received my food, I did not receive gloves or an apron.6. I ask her name an hour in a half into the birthday “fun.”7. We were there for a few hours.8. I do believe we mentioned it was my birthday. She showed no interest.Then you add insult to injury by putting a $30 tip she did not earned on the bill. She had no people skill or she did not show her skills. The server was horrible and this is unacceptable. I’ve been many time and this is the worse by far. I am extremely disappointed.
