So at this point in time I've come to artichoke pizza several times, located right next to hidden grounds. It's in a decent spot on Eastern Ave in New Brunswick. When I first heard the prices for the slices I thought it was a little much. Around $7 a slice made me think inflation had hit an all-time high. However, when I first went there my wife really wanted to try it specifically of the artichoke slice and I figured if it would make her happy. What's a few extra bucks a slice. Well I'm glad we tried it because the slices are not only really good. They are also ginormous. Since coming here the first time we have been back at least once a week to get a slice or two for a lunch on the weekend. We have a newborn and anything we can do to make our lives a little easier is worth the extra expense including picking up lunch every now and then. As a person can normally eat two to three slices, two slices of their pizza would be a lot. I will typically have one slice for lunch and that is enough to keep me associated. Of all the slices I have tried the artichoke, the Staten Island are two of the ones I like the most. There is also a crab slice I've had. Once that out of morbid curiosity I tried and was also up there and was way better than I thought it would be. If you're in the mood for a quick bite or you're a college student coming home from the bar, this place will likely have something fulfill whatever need you're having in the moment

Artichoke pizza exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting and the staff were incredibly friendly. The pizza itself was simply divine – perfectly crispy crust, generous toppings, and bursting with flavor. I especially loved their unique artichoke slice, a true culinary masterpiece. I left feeling thoroughly satisfied and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend for anyone craving a delicious slice of heaven

Great for when you have the late night munchies after a few drinks. Just like the original in NYC.

The Pizza was not done enough. The sauce was sweet and cheese was barely melted. The Pizza guy did not understand anything I asked for. I had to repeat my order 3 times. For $18.00 for slices of this Pizza is joke. Don’t waste your time or money here!

Love ❤️ artichoke pizza. It's near RU campus. It's delicious ?. I have introduced it to all my friends and my family loves it. One slice is big and makes us full.Parking: Parallel parking but it's difficult to find space to park.

We really enjoyed the Margherita pizza and the cheese pizza. The garlic knots are pretty good. BTW the single slices are huge so the price is justified (we had sticker shock initially until we saw the slices). I wasn't a fan of the artichoke slice it was too saucy for me and the same for the vodka slice. Maybe I will give the artichoke another chance when I am super hungry, but I still wouldn't order a whole pie, just my preference. Give them a try doesn't disappoint!

My friend took me to this place. She said it must be new here at this location since she has been to other location before but not this one. They have bar table & high chairs. It was empty when we went. The pizza was huge; we ordered artichoke, and pepperoni. The crust/dough bread was so crispy and delicious. The pepperoni slices were thick but wish it had a crunch to it too.

Loved the Artichoke Pizza when I lived in NYC! Other universities wish they had pizza like this on their campus - Rutgers students are incredibly lucky.

So so bomb! I was so excited when I heard there was now an artichoke basille's in NB. I had been there once in the city and it left an impression! And what's even better, they're on Too Goos To Go, so I got these 3 slices for 5.99 plus tax! That's a freakin steal. And the pizza is just as good as I remember you gotta try the artichoke slice at least once in your life. It's definitely well worth the visit!

as a rutgers student, this is my favorite pizza place in the area! atmosphere is so cute, service is good, and pizza is even better! definitely try an artichoke slice. if you have a whole pie of it, you might get kinda sick of it, but a slice or two of it is really good. i recently tried the staten island slice and it's one of my new favorites! definitely worth checking out. and they're open late, which is great for those midnight pizza cravings :)

I tried this place and was disappointed with their Sicilian and Sicilian pepperoni slice was very mid. Did not have that thick Sicilian crust it is known for and way too saucy. For $7 I expected more :/
