Been here four times in the past two months. The service was about average. The food is what you expect, after all it's a Burger King. What I really don't like is that everytime there have different homeless person there digging through the trash bins and harassing the employees. The tables and floors are filthy so take your food to go.

Ordered via the app and 3 minutes later when I walked in, my order was ready, correct and neatly wrapped. The counter lady saw me approaching the online order pickup counter and immediately grabbed my to-go bag. Great service. However....dirty tables and floor all over the dining area. Not impossible to find a clean table, but it has the feeling of eating in a bus station.

THIS BURGER KING IS SO DIRTY AND VERY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE. I FOUND A MOVING CREATURE IN MY BURGER. I HAD TO THROW IT AWAY AND DIDNT GET A REFUND.ONCE I REACHED OUT FOR A REFUND THEY TOLD ME TO LEAVE. VERY TERRIBLE.?
Worker Gina was horrible, she took too long giving me my order. I was waiting for about 15 minutes for my food. She gave me attitude when I asked for extra sauce for my nuggets. And she refused to let me use the bathroom even though the sign said for paying customers only.
