I guess the head honcho at El Gallo thought that my redhead best friend and I were Mexican food noobs because he totally skimped on the fixings for my order of chicken flautas and my best friend's order of quesadillas. He also charged me $7.00 (usually $6.50) for the flautas. So not only did he downgrade my favorite Mexican dish, but he also charged me more than usual. They also neglected to serve us the usual free chips and salsa. WTF, El Gallo?! I get that this economy sucks but I thought we had something going here. This last visit definitely wasn't worth leaving the restaurant smelling like I just bathed in cooking oil and chicken grease.
