The food was never that great at this place but we always used to order because it was cheaper. But recently it increased the prices of all the items in their menu and it doesn't feel cheaper anymore.And the food is mostly bland and
I lived in New Brunswick and the Somerset area for over 20 years. I moved back to VA in "09". I used to eat at Mei Mei's on Hamilton Street and at the Chinese restaurant on Remsen Ave the most. Well The Golde Bowl was nice and roomy. It was clean, the customer service was better than I expected and the food was good not to mention that the portions were nice. It felt good to be back in Jersey and Golden Bowl helped make that happen.

The place was cute and pretty spacious. The people were really nice, too. I got the General Tso's Chicken combo so it came with roast pork fried rice and a pork egg roll. The chicken and the rice were not my favorite. I also got dumplings, and they were pretty good. The egg rolls were also good!
