Exceptional Burger. I like a good restaurant burger and I’ve got lots of places to go locally that deliver a “Good” burger. But, the “Inc” burger sits atop my Burger Throne now. A “must try” if you like burgers.Great food, drinks, service, atmosphere across the board. Looking forward to our next visit.

INC is a hip gathering spot for fine whiskey and some of the most creative cocktails in town.Take a trip back to Prohibition and the roaring 1920s with their photos and decor, especially in their "Library Lounge" area that seats small groups of 6-8 and just provides a different atmosphere for birthday parties and small private gatherings. Their outdoor dining is available year- round with heated awnings overhanging each table, perfect for those days in Jersey where the weather changes quickly.Food specials change out often but you can follow them on socials to keep up with their every changing & always delicious menu options. Their signature American fare menu has some amazing dishes like the Truffle Fries and for the vegetarians, their Nashville Hot Cauliflower iced pickle bites are delicious. Also their southern style ribs and pulled pork options provide that southern dining experience to New Brunswick that pairs well with their whiskey & bourbon selections.Cannot recommend INC enough and love meeting clients and friends alike for their happy hour and beer selections!

I can never say enough about this place. Pre-COVID, we were there almost every Friday, as my wife's office is across the street. Now, as we are working from home, we have to make a special trip. As the state opens up more, we will be back more.

This is the best place to go to if you want delicious food and a great selection of wine/spirits. The staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. It's the perfect date spot.

Such a cute spot for a dinner date. We went on a Thursday night and it was fairly empty. The food was all good and the service was fast. We had the brisket tacos, tuna, general tsos lettuce wraps and side salads. For dessert, we had the molten chocolate cake with cheesecake lollipops and strawberry ice cream. Everything was good. The Morris parking deck is right next door so that makes parking a breeze. Will definitely come back in the future!
Been going to INC regularly for a few years now. During the pandemic we did not go indoor dining at all. Now that we are vaccinated, our first indoor dining experience was INC. Walking in we were pleased to notice some tables are left empty to force social distancing. We were surprised to see that the new menu is mostly BBQ since they've always had a more refined menu (not hating on BBQ, just odd). The food did not disappoint. Great way to go back out there.

We've being coming here for years and it never fails to delight. Recently had the scallops. The artistry of the plating was a palette of colors, with flavors to match. I paired it with the Marla Hooch cocktail, a deliciously smooth, mildly sweet treat. Need to get back soon for the new menu.

The food is so good here, I need to come back ASAP!! Came here on a Friday night before a show at the Stress Factory. Prompt seating, service, food. They put us in a back room sort of which was great, the social distancing/masks/sanitizer precautions they had there were great. We felt comfortable. The drinks were delish, I'm a whiskey lover so I appreciated the whiskey menu. The food was so good, too busy eating to take pictures. Definitely will come back to try other menu items! Everything was cooked as ordered. Our waitress was so good, I should've wrote down her name. Very friendly, funny, helpful with order. I'll be back! There's a parking garage literally right next to the restaurant, no issues with parking too!
