Had an issue with my order where they ran out of all of the bagels for my half dozen after I had placed the order. The manager took care of me the next day and was very apologetic and made sure I was happy with the resolution. The food is always really good and the bagels are top notch!

Limited choices. No decaf coffee. No sausage. Little disappointed. I work at the nearby hospital was hoping for an alternative place to eat.

They have some of the yummiest food I've had, I've gone at least 5 times and ordered the same item - The Hangover Wrap - every single time and it never disappoints, workers are mostly friendly but not super personable, service is usually quick although some mornings especially on weekends it can be very busy, pretty expensive so I limit how much I go but it is worth it when I do. As for the wrap what really makes it is the chipotle sauce, only complaint is it is not spread very evenly throughout the wrap and usually at the bottom of each half, which is annoying at the top but makes for a very delicious last few bites. Can never find parking though

Was on the hunt for some scrambled eggs and some hash browns and didn’t wanna go to typical dunkin run etc. First time here, the bagel options were great and was able to add my own options to the bagel etc and tater tots on side ?? will be back for sure.

Good bagels, but they didn't cut any of my bagels all the way through. Had to finish cutting it myself and cut my finger. Just finish cutting!

Had a craving for a bagel with butter and hash brown this morning at work so my colleagues and I ordered Grubhub. First of all the hashbrown was BURNT and inedible. It was so hard and crispy it didn’t even look like any potato inside. Second, I ordered a French toast bagel with butter, toasted, and it was the nastiest bagel I have ever eaten. That too was TOO toasted and very hard to eat. This was my first time, but will never be ordering from them again

I'm so so so glad that O'Bagel has come to New Brunswick! I love this location just as much as the one in Hoboken, and the bagel sandwiches are just delicious. Tots and sauce are super, too!

I called first and was told they had 6 gluten free bagels and that I could come in to get them since they don't hold them. I went to the store and asked for the 6 gluten free bagels. The cashier said she had to toast them but I said I'd take them frozen. She charged me $27 and then went to the back. The manager came out and said I couldn't have them because he needed them for an event the next day!!!!!!!!! I'll never go back and will tell everyone I know about the disgusting attitude of this manager!!!!! For $4.50 a bagel I would expect adequate service!!!!!! Not to be told he didn't get his delivery so he had to keep them for the event. Unacceptable and disgusting attitude

I ordered pick up. Parking can be difficult in downtown NB. The order was ready within 15 mins ( half dozen bagels and a Bee Sting). Service was very quick and extremely friendly. It was a Sunday morning around 1030am and the inside was not busy at all, which was a nice surprise. Plenty of seating inside as well as some tables outside. The bagel itself was outstanding! they are large, fluffy, bagels with a nice crisp outer shell. You are able to ask for the bagel to be scooped( better for the sandwich) but for this bagel I do not think it is necessary. the textures play well together. I will 100% be back, this is a new local favorite for morning bagels.

Saw the hype through social media so I had to travel back home to give it a try. People working were very friendly and the food and coffee was incredible. Will definitely be returning.

Summary: Really great food but the ambiance is a bit strange and the food is crazy overpriced. So I went here the morning after a party with my friend because he wanted to get a good breakfast sandwich and upon entering OBagel I was extremely overstimulated. It is very crowded with a very specific brand of college student so be prepared to hear many hoots and hollers as early as 10 am. Also the decor is kinda confusing, theres a modern feel to it but then two clashing wall decorations and some very bright menu screens. The food is really delicious and the service was great (they ran out of small cups but the barista still only charged me for a small coffee and gave me a large). However I would not go here often because it is so expensive!! our food together with a coffee was 40 dollars lkke thats a bit too much....

Great food, nice ambience. Interesting graffiti on the wall. Bagel was great ( stuffed with cheese). Quick service.
