The tamales is all I buy from there. I been going to this place since 1990’s, when the husband and wife started in the back of their house. They were very pleasant and the tamales were fabulous. I’m pretty sure there son now runs the place but the tamales are not as they use to be. Several times I ordered the tamales were too salty or not fully cooked. Most of the times they never had what I want to ordered. I travel about 45 minutes there and all I hope is that they do better with the tamales, and let’s not talk about the service lady was very rude, but I do let them know how it is. It’s not right to treat your customers wrong, if we didn’t bring in the business, they would not have a job. We are their pay. They should be grateful for that.

Truly authentic Mexican food. Fast and friendly service. Reasonably priced. A+

Sub par authentic Mexican food. Sandwiches, tacos and tamales are probably some of the worst in New Brunswick. Tamales are too thick and very little filling or just dry. Tends to lack in flavor. I'd rather go to costa chica or cinco de mayo.

Location: on the rt 27, across from Walgreens. Easy to find and street parking. Food: I've only ordered their tacos. All very good. My favorite is the el pastor Service: limited English but very friendly Price: $2.50 for a taco, worth it! Overall: I'll be back!
