We had the absolute time at Victoria's! We ordered Calamari and Salmon and both were amazing!! The fresh homemade bread was scrumptious! Joe the bartender was so friendly and made the best cocktails. Irene greeted us at the door and made sure we felt welcome and at home. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend! we will be coming back

Came here to have a few drinks before our show started at The Stress Factory. We ordered Lemon Drop Martini’s and as per the menu, it was with Kettle One Vodka and the cost was $17 each. I wasn’t paying attention as the bartender was making them the first time but the second time I noticed he was using Absolute Vodka. I asked him why he didn’t use Kettle One and he said that they had no more. I saw 2 bottles on the display behind bar but maybe it was refilled with water only for display. Our bartender (Joseph) should have at least told us that they had no kettle vodka and asked if we wanted another. I cannot drink Absolute for the life of me and as soon as I got home, I threw up. On top of that, $17 for a martini with Absolut Vodka is ridiculous. I pretty much threw up $51 worth of nasty Absolut…The side of bread in a basket was ok but cold. On top of that, as the bartender was by the bar cutting up some fruit, my boyfriend tried to get his attention but he didn’t even respond with a “be right with you” or “one second”, just ignored him as he came back he told my bf he had a knife in his hand, the whole point is he just ignored him. But when the customers around the corner from us would call for his attention, he’d respond from down the other end of the bar.Contemplating if I’d ever come back. I refuse to pay $17 for an Absolut Lemon drop martini.

Derick helped and assisted putting together a menu and pricing for 42 people to come for lunch. He was extremely helpful and the food was ready to come up upon arrival. The wait staff was accommodating and attentive to everyone. 10/10 would return!

I am new to New Brunswick, so trying to find a place to eat for me is difficult as i dont know my streets yet. I just started walking, and the more I walked, I noticed I was close to the New Brunswick Train Station. This is the downtown area. First time in this restaurant. I was looking for lunch as I had a long day at the doctors office. This place was beautiful, and it felt homey. Ladies greeted us at the front door. It was empty only a few patrons, but overall, it made you appreciate the restaurant more. They do have pizza. For anyone wanting to get a quick bite. This day, I wanted pasta. The staff was very nice. The food pictured was delicious and took a plate home for the rest of my family. I'm definitely going to try this restaurant again with my boyfriend in the summer. Unfortunately, I didn't have wine as I suffer from Vertigo and wasn't feeling well. So I'll definitely update this once I go back.

Cute place, staff friendly. It took 30 minutes to get a glass of wine and bread. Another 30 to get starters, the sausage and mushroom dish looked like someone got sick on a plate! We turned it away. The entrees were ok, nothing special. I ordered a glass of wine and that didn't arrive for 20 minutes, so ordered coffee that never came. Clearly understaffed. The only thing delivered timely was the check.

As always I like to start from the beginning. Plenty of parking at the parking garage steps away. Ok food.. so I went with my wife and a couple of friends. To start we had the Bruschetta and mozzarella sticks. They had the eggplant rollatini, creamy pesto gnocchi, victora salmon. I had the fettuccine alfredo. All the dishes were delicious. The service of one of the very best I've had. Our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable. The restaurant is decorated nicely and clean. This is a date night or family dinner kinda of place. As far as pice it was not expensive.

Second time here - the first time was great . This time was just okay , but maybe just the meal I chose - eggplant parm - was way too much sauce and not much cheese. The service was great.

We called ahead of time to see if we could come in for a late night dinner at 9:45 pm, and they said yes, as long as we ordered before the kitchen closes at 10 pm. We were surprised since the website said that the restaurant closes at 11 pm. When we arrived, they seemed slightly reluctant to serve us, but they let us dine in as long as we ordered within 5 minutes. This seemed a bit unfriendly, but I guess understandable since it was close to closing. The food came out slower than I anticipated given that we were likely the last orders for the day. We ordered the penne vodka, wild mushroom farfalle, and the 12" veggie lovers pizza. The waitress asked if my friend wanted chicken with the penne vodka, but as that would have been an additional $7, she understandably declined. The inside of the penne vodka was very warm whereas the outside had cooled down by the time my friend started eating. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, however she said the sauce resembled canned tomato sauce and wished that there was some sugar to be added to the dish. The wild mushroom farfalle was appropriately very mushroomy and an enjoyable experience. I was only able to finish half of my pizza, but it was filled with an assortment of veggies and satisfyingly thick. I wish that the bottom of the crust was crispier, but other than that, I enjoyed my pizza! The portion sizes of our meal were pretty filling and appropriately priced. Overall, Victoria's Tratta Italiano wasn't a bad Italian restaurant in the New Brunswick area and the inside was pretty nice!

Loved this place. Booked a high top online but when we arrived they sat us at a table which was sort of on the side next to a wall which I couldn't deal with so I asked to sit at the bar. Huge win. Joe the bartender was the best and eating at the bar was just more "us". The have really good drinks here and and the food was just great. Go early if you can to get a parking spot in the always packed parking garage which is right next to the restaurant. It's like park your car, walk downstairs, and the restaurant is right there. Lasagna rolette appetizer is amazing. Chicken Parm was great also. Chicken soup is great too. They do it right here and the prices are perfect. We go to the steakhouse across the street sometimes which is mad pricey, but this place is very affordable and you will have just as good of a meal and time here, so try this place and sit with Joe at the bar!

I came here with my husband and was not disappointed. My husband spoke with the cook and he was incredible. The pizza was amazing and the atmosphere is so great. Such a cute Italian place. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. My server Amaya was outstanding and super attentive. I'm surprised this place isn't more well known. Outstanding and would definitely recommend.
