Takes forever. Expensive. Chicken cutlet like rubber .. sandwiches fall apart after 1 bite. Don't not recommend.

Great sandwiches here. This has been my go to place for the last several months for a huge sandwich.

Vodka parm sandwich was disappointing. It's a good sandwich place. Some of the staff was confused.

Never open on time. Last time I was in it was cash only. Calling in an order is like speaking to the United nations. No idea what dialect you will get today. Food has fallen way off. No longer in my rotation.

The only reason I gave service a 4 was because someone from my son's former HS was there and he was very nice. However, I'm a bit confused if this is actually an Italian deli. I ordered the Ed Marinaro without proscuitto making it, essentially, vegeterian. When I arrived to pick up my sandwich there was a woman who told me they had no aragula but could substitute spinach. This woman was what I would describe as "brusque" and not focused on customer service. How can an Italian deli think spinach and aragula are interchangable? Not even close.....Also, the most expensive part of this sandwich would be the prosciutto but they still charged me full price - so fine but the fact the other ingredients were sparse definitely was insult to injury. The amount of fresh mozzarella was minimal, the ricotta spread and balsamic glaze were undetectable. If you're going to serve me a hero then it's a problem if I can't taste or detedt more than half the ingredients. My first thought was that they must be under new ownership. If not, I'm not clear where the good reviews are coming from.To eat this "hero" which was (admittedly) huge I had to combine the ingredients from each half and add balsamic glaze. It was big enough but it wasn't a truly satisfying sandwich even after I doctored it as best I could.... Please don't charge me $16 and skimp on ingredients.

I honestly think this deli has the capacity to be great. But it’s let me down multiple times. Most recently it prepared the wrong sandwiches for us and questioned my girlfriend in the validity of her claims. We shrugged and returned the sandwich that was given erroneously. We ended up getting the sandwich we ordered, but it seemed like a burden to the staff who made the mistake. And they didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience of their mistakeAside from that, the eggplant hero’s here have to be the most bland tasting thing I’ve ever tasted. The literal definition of less than zero. And they built and sold a whole sandwich around it.They use premium deli meats, which is great, but their actual self produced products and staff are underwhelming.

Had a really delicious hero the other day. They have awesome hero bread that really makes the sandwich. I had turkey with cheese and sweet red peppers. Delicious!!! Plenty of meat and well made. Boars Head products I think. Plenty of specialty sandwiches, and hot and cold specials. The place could be a bit more inviting and cleaner. It's take out only. Just a few employees were working so it took a while to get the one sandwich, I can't imagine what it would be like if they had a busy lunch rush.

Today was my first time going here. It was morning and I ordered a “Great Hambino” which is a breakfast sandwich. The lady behind the counter made me a “Great Bambino” which is an Italian sub.I took it reluctantly and was extremely dissatisfied because of the mix up….. it was like 8:30 AM the lady should have questioned the name of the sandwich.$16 for a sub that I threw half away….yuck!!

We've never had a bad sandwich from Bambino's. Their subs are the length of my forearm, and as such can be easily split into multiple meals or with multiple people. Their breakfast sandwiches are just as good. We've also ordered their family meals as a fundraiser for a local school and it was enough to feed our family of 3 for multiple meals. I highly recommend Bambino's if you are in the area.

Today is 9/11/23 - I arrived at the restaurant around 5:50 and as soon as I walked in the worker informed me that they were closed. I told her that the sign says 6:30 on weekdays. She then replied in a nasty voice that, “I close at 6:00 when I work”. I asked her for her name and she wouldn’t give it to me but told me the boss’s name is Susan. I love this place and was looking forward to a meatball sandwich but instead I’m writing this review. What a disappointment!
