I’ve been ordering from this place for years and it just seems to be getting worse and worse every time I order. It’s always a messed up order, it’s never right. I just ordered chicken parm and every square inch of the cheese is dark brown. I couldn’t even cut through the chicken…you literally need a saw. I called they said they would give me store credit. No thanks. I’m done. And I never leave bad reviews.

I don’t often order from here but I said let’s give them a try. I gave them instructions as they asked for delivery and nothing was followed so my food sat on the porch to get cold. They girl on the phone when I called giggling with someone the entire time while on the phone with me. Thank you but I guess I’ll stay with Sopranos.

Girl on phone. She was pleasant and double checked my order. She was professional. It's not big Jim's! I will say though call and ask for your style pizza and they make it your way! I get light sauce thin! It's big Jim's just order it your way!!!!

My thoughts about Big Jim's are great!! I used to order pizza from Big Jim's with Aunt Chrissy, Uncle Mike, Uncle Armen, Aunt Amelia, Grammy, & Poppy for dinner. The pizza, sandwiches, mozzarella sticks, garlic knots, and chicken parm tasted delicious. The staff were pretty nice to me and my family when we order our dinner for delivery or take out.
Big Jim's is a good pizza place to order lunch and dinner for take out and delivery. The pizza, garlic knots, mozzarella sticks, pasta dishes, and sandwiches are delicious. Sometimes, we order pizza from Big Jim's for dinner. My favorite thing to eat from Big Jim's is the pizza, and mozzarella sticks.

I used to live right near big Jim's. Had pizza and stuff from there many times in the late 90s. Last and this week I was working in the area and got lunch there 3 times. Mostly salads cause I'm trying to maintain my figure. Yesterday I ordered a chicken soup. One taste and I could tell it was spoiled. The rest of the day into today I had bad stomach cramping, diarrhea and nausea. Clearly the soup was bad. Not the greatest experience. On a typical day I'd say Jim's is average. Yesterday, poison. They should be more careful with what they serve and if it's at all suspect just decline to offer it that day. I will go back for another salad, not the soup.
Rancid food. Expired premade 100 percent not fresh. Tasted like trash and smelled worse. Awful. If i could give zero stars that would be too much. Yuck.

I grew up in New Milford, Big Jim’s pizza is the absolute BEST pizza ever!!! I now live on the North Shore of Long Island for the past 11 years and have yet to find pizza that comes close to Big Jims. My entire family agrees. He gets a 10 out of 10 in my opinion. We miss it!
