Completely botched my order. I ordered a bagel with Taylor ham and they didn’t put Taylor ham on it. I paid for it, I have the receipt. My boyfriends bagel sandwich was also missing meat. I live far so by the time I got home and opened my bagel, they were closed. Very frustrating.

This place has fallen off. Always chaotic with lines long waits, but you understand a small business on weekends. Orders have been wrong and customer service is so so. Haven't been in a while given options that are better.

Do not go here, it is way too expensive. It cost $17 for one egg/one meat breakfast wrap and one bagel with cream cheese. They also add over $1 on credit card fees. Trust me, there are so many options in the area which provides better value. It is clear they renovated and are trying to recover the costs with elevated prices. These prices for two items should be maybe $12, wrap $8 and bagel $4 max. It has nothing to do with the food, it's fine, price is awful. The owner should be ashamed to charge that. You will see the owner is leaving a comment below saying this a lie (even though he didn't deny the lack of meat, credit card fees, or price increases) of which is much worse instead of apologizing.

Bagels not toasted for cream cheese sandwich and bacon, egg, cheese sandwich… seriously 1 egg only for the default sandwich? Blueberry bagel is not sweet enough, where are the blueberries?Jalapeño cream cheese is way too spicy. Asked for a iced latte… got a hot latte. Almond milk being steamed for far too long and burnt latte.Cashier is great but quality of food can definitely be improved. Not worth the price 18$ for three items.Where are the napkins?

There’s a reason this unpretentious and otherwise regular-looking place is packed full every morning. Best bagels and breakfast around, hands down. Nothing else around here compares!

Great service & bagels are always fresh! They have a front and back door very convenient and their new look is nice! They have no seating inside but outside they usual have chairs and some tables available for waiting or if you decide to eat there. I always take mines to go!

This cafe is a cool concept, it features some above average coffee and cook although no indoor seating. Some employees have become downright rude, though. Not sure how tough it is to find reliable staff but I would think there have to be better ones somewhere, who don't go out of their way to make certain profiles of people uncomfortable. I've tried extra hard to rise above it, hasn't worked.

The food is always high quality and delicious. The lines out the door prove that this bagel place is the spot to get your bagel fix, whether it be a breakfast sandwich, a plain bagel or even a solid lunch.Giving 4 stars due to the quality of service which is the only drawback. When the owner is there everything runs on point - but when he’s not physically present the team inside can’t seem to get orders correct and make repeated mistakes without any accountability. It’s obvious it’s due to the massive # of people ordering every day and the chaos that ensues from that - but it unfortunately doesn’t make the experience of an incorrect order any less upsetting.Hopefully they can get those operational issues squared away and be the 5-star bagel place that their food represents!

Food and coffee are always amazing! I always stop in multiple times whenever I'm in town visiting my parents. Their breakfast sandwiches are perfection - my fiancé and I would pay absurd amounts of money to have them shipped to us in Pittsburgh!!The owner is also an absolute pleasure, and everyone working there has been nothing but helpful whenever we visit!

Cafe has been our go-to bagel shop, but this morning I found the shop dramatically changed—for worse. When I got home I also found the bagels to be stale. Clearly a change in management or ownership. Guess I need to find a new source.

Unfortunate trip to Bagel Cafe today. Ordered a tuna salad on bagel with lettuce and tomato. "We just ran out of lettuce ". Ordered a light roast coffee. As its being poured "just ran out of light roast". Not a big deal but when I asked if they had a bathroom they said "No". I thought they had one so i looked and sure enough they had one. So I said "but you have one!" Reply "only for employees." Come on! Have a heart!
