I ordered a bowl with guacamole on the app. I picked up my order and when i looked inside there was no guac. I went back and asked where it was and they said there “was no more guac.” I told them i already paid for it and they then took some from the back and gave me some? Why didnt they just give it to me when i ordered it? Or tell me when i picked it up? Horrifying customer experience

Just had last night one of the most perfect burrito bowls I’ve ever had, courtesy of this location. Every ingredient was in the perfect (sometimes appropriately heavy) proportion and spread evenly down the entire length of the bowl. You know the rare bowls where no matter where you are in the bowl, you’re getting a little bit of everything? It was one of those. Thanks fam.

Be careful when eating their burritos, I just received a burrito tonight from Uber eats. There was lots of brown small hairs on the outside of my burrito about 2 inches long. It was thrown directly into the trash. Good luck at this location I will not be returning.

This location's service and food seriously sucks!The person serving us was really rude and looked like she didn't want to be there at all. The person at the Cash register didn't even talk and looked like wanted to start a fight. His name was Odia and he automatically assumed that I got extra carne asada (I truly don't know how cause he didn't not talk to me even a single word) and when I looked at the bill and asked him why he charged me extra he just opened the cash register and gave me back a $5 bill without even talking again but he charged me $6.55 plus taxes when he charged me originally.The ice machine was broken and the food sucked!This location should be permanent closed if they don't have the proper staff or basic costumer satisfaction requirements.
We visited at 7 pm on a Friday night. The lines were out of control, they ran out of chips / lettuce, and the staff was checked out. I usually have a great experience at most Chipotle locations but the New Providence location always has something off. They ran out of forks and the garbage was overflowing as seen in the attached photo.

I went to Chipotle at 4:30 today right before peak dinner hour and I wanted to order the Carne Asada and looked into the metal warmer and saw the meat was dried out and there was not even one portion left - why don't your employees replenish the meat at this point? (the chicken was the same situation) - the meat definitely does NOT look like the TV commercial - not even close. The Barbacoa beef looked good & moist, so I ordered that & it was good.

Do not go here please! I have ordered multiple times from here and my order has been cancelled all of those times. I have gotten 45 dollars taken away from me without a refund. I call the number and nobody picks up. I file a compliant on the website nothing works? Now I have to talk with my bank to get my money back because of the horrible customer service here.
