“I used to go to a Dunkin’ closer to where I work but they had modified hours during the onset of the pandemic so I started going to this one. Well, the service was so great here and everyone so friendly that I just never left. Always courteous and it was nice to see the employees happy to see their regular customers and enjoy the friendly banter. Great way to start the day.“
“In giving a five star review, I feel it should be based on exemplary service that is friendly, accurate and consistent. The New Providence Starbucks Is exemplary. The staff are cheerful and engaging and often will greet you by name. The beverages have been consistent and those that have been customized are well made. I have made this one my go-to Starbucks even though others are closer. On the very rare occasion that an issue occurred, the staff often made things right even before I had noticed. The staff is diverse in every way but all work together well. I’m sure people have had negative experiences at this location, but my review is based on the culmination of several hundred transactions that encompass many many many beverages which is why I consider them exemplary.“
“Overall, 4 stars. The line for the drive thru was around the store, so I easily parked and went in. No line, placed my order on their friendly, clean kiosk, and waited for my number to be called. Restaurant was clean, bright, and if you were staying, could easily find a seat. Number was called, service was friendly with a smile, no problem when I asked for an additional sauce for my nuggets. I rated the 4 stars because my fries were less than warm, and the fountain diet coke was a bit on the seltzer side for my taste. Either is was going out or needed the gas/seltzer exchange turned lower. Condiments area including napkins were full and clean. I'm happy to see they had paper straws. Lastly, proper lids for my drink that didn't leak.“
“Had a very lovely trip to the store. Was attended to by Micheal and he really took the time talk with us and show us the merchandise. Took time to get our full order with no rushing and even enrolled us in the rewards program for a free chocolate. Chocolate is very tasty and worth the cost, great for gifts and they also sell mini chocolate that is very well priced.“

“I've been looking for a local, full service coffee shop that roasts their own beans, sells coffee/espresso, as well as offers breakfast and lunch.**This IS that place**I couldn't tell from their website, but the posts I saw on insta showed that they serve food, and I'm happy to report that it tastes as good as it looks!Very friendly staff and accommodating. Although it's currently the middle of December, I wanted a macchiato over ice, which wasn't on their menu, but when I asked they happily said 'of course'.Seems like I'm going to have to sign up for their points system because I can tell I'm going to be back here a whole lot more.I'm particularly interested in sampling their beans, just wish i didn't have to buy an entire bag of beans. Why don't these local roasters sell sample packs, allowing you to still purchase a pound of beans, but separated into small batches with samples of each bean type? This would allow me to quickly figure out which bean I want to try without having to buy a single large bag and take a month to go through coffee I don't really like before trying the next type . . . “I totally recommend coming to this coffee shop. Ever since my friends and I found this shop, it has become a regular hangout spot where we go to either study or just hang out after school or even in summer break. I enjoy going because of the atmosphere and the brownies, it’s a hidden treasure and I’m glad we found it.
