Hadn't been here in over 10 years but I was meeting someone special and decided to go back to the Prestige. The waiter was prompt and cordial. The fix was really good and plated well. They were courteous and thanked us. Very good and the prices were better than most.

I'm not usually in NewProvidence, NJ that often, but when I am I always make it my business to stop at the Prestige Diner and Restaurant. The diner is modern and impeccably clean. The hostess Fabiana always greets you with a smile and makes you feel so very welcomed as she escorts you to a table or a booth of your choice. The servers are wonderful and always ready to give you prompt service. My favorite is Alexus. She always treats me like I'm family which is a rare find today. Whether I'm there for breakfast or brunch, Alexus is always helpful in my making my choice. Her choices never disappoint me and are always served piping hot and always delicious. I give Alexus, Fabiana and the whole Prestige Diner staff a "perfect 5 star rating!"

Used to love prestige. However, something happened within the last year or so. Food is terrible.
Ordered home fries and corn beef hash for pick up. Absolutely trash. The home fries were not even cooked on griddle and corn beef hash was straight out of a can. So much for, "homestyle hash". The other food the kids got was OK, but nothing great.

A great diner! I've only had breakfast and lunch here. Always on Sundays, always late morning.The food is great. They have all the regular diner food but also a bunch of interesting original dishes.The service is very good. Fast and friendly. Be prepared to wait a bit for a table on Sunday mornings though. It's a busy place.
