Very nice atmosphere in the New Jersey Newark airport... Food tastes delicious chicken burger an bun ?. ... Penne vodka was very delicious (I prefer my pasta more aldente it was Little soft an breaking ) and the Rapini was tough instead of more soft But again great Flavour coffee cappuccino and desserts were very nice .. Staff was very helpful and very polite and attentive ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Most pretentious place I have ever been. The pricing is very steep but the food comes in extremely small portions, and my father’s caesar salad came without chicken (according to the waiter you have to pay extra on top of the already expensive 17$ to get chicken). They have wine standing in the entrance like an Italian restaurant but the drinks are made with sirup and very bad tasting water so that they are extremely hard to get down. For my sister’s sprite, they had run out of sirup so she just got sparkling water full of chlorine. Also, for some reason the knives are made out of plastic as exemplified in the image attached, giving the image of eating in a very cheap fastfood place (which stands in stark contrast to the pricing).

Extremely low quality utensils, serving sizes are made for kids even though you are paying a massive price. Ordered Caesar salad doesn’t have include chicken which is written very unclearly on their website, where you need to add it as an extra. Drinks taste as if it was made using toilet water. Overall never going here again.

When you order at the table using a QR code, you apply the tip before service has begun. Sadly, this seems to impact the service which was almost non-existent. We had to ask for water for the table, our order was missing two items and one drink was entirely different from what was ordered.

Placed an order through OTG experience at the airport. 50 Minutes later, the order still wasn't prepared and there is no real way to cancel the order. You can only request a refund that can take 5-7 business days. Add all of this on-top of the fact that you're paying airport prices for a sandwich. Not worth it.

I wish I would have looked at reviews before eating here. Absolutely non existent service and food was bland. As a pilot who travels through EWR often, I can tell you I won't be back.

Grossly overcharged. Itemized receipt showing all items in triple quantity amounting to $143.50 in overcharges. Error identified at the bar and discussed with bartender, who recognized error and submitted a refund request from my electronic receipt and was told it would take 7-10 business days to be reflected. Nothing happened. This was submitted an additional 2 times. No response whatsoever. There are 7 credit card charges on my account. Attempts to contact customer service have been challenging. I've been disconnected after providing all info. Second call to customer service and they cannot see anything referenced under my account. FEB 22, 2024 - Newark Airport. Still hoping for some help.

Easily one of the worst airport dining experiences. Cold food, indifferent servers, long wait. Was not offered water when I sat down. Ended up getting a box and running to my gate.

Horrible food and service. I ordered an avocado toast, the avocado was tasting spoiled and when I talked to the server/chef (I don't know exactly his position), he offered to make another one but with a bad tone in his voice, kinda making fun of me. The food is extra expensive, it doesn't worth a penny. I definitely don't recommend and I'll never come back.

Food was ok but very overpriced. The staff however is awfully rude. You need to tip before hand which is weird to me, also as there is no service involved as you order with a QR code. Once they do get to the table they’re rude, I ordered a tea which took forever, when I asked I was told they ran out of the flavour. You could’ve told me that 15 minutes earlier. When I ordered another flavour, the girl brought it to another table and got mad that I scanned the wrong QR code ? why would I scan a QR of another table?

Surprisingly good food for an airport restaurant. The pasta wasn't terribly overcooked and the meatballs were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The waiter was friendly but the online ordering system is clunky. Overall not a terrible experience for an airport but the cleanliness of the dining area was lacking. There was food on the floor and on some of the seats. There was also old food residue stuck to the tables around the electrical outlets and on the tile wall. The glasses were also dusty. The pricing is to be expected for an airport. If hygiene was a higher priority at this establishment I would have rated higher, disappointing.

Quite possibly the worst meal I've had in an airport. They make you order using app, pay and tip before you get service. It was $28! I saw a plate of food in window itnsat there for a while before a server brought it to me. It was 100% inedible. The server never came back to check on me, the manager looked right at it and ignored me. This is why I don't want to tip in advance.

Not sure why they got so many 1 star reviews but my experience here was just fine. I ordered the cacio e pepe with a side of fries and they were both fine with generous serving size. The place was not too crowded and the service was friendly with food being served not too long after I placed the order.
