Gorgeous restaurant especially the tiki bar in the summer is soo nice! However I was Not happy with the food value it is not like before or what I'm used to. The salmon was small and the garlic shrimp was watery and pale. The house sangria tasted great, but it was all juice no alcohol!

i was there for my 36th anyversary, saturday dec/09, the food was not to good, i am really desapointed with the service, when ask for desset, the have 2 pages on menu, but what we ask they not have, anyway never back there.

On the way home from Newark airport stopped in the ironbound area. We stopped at a portugués restaurant. Wow what a gem. The food and service was great. We ordered a mixed salad ? with grilled salmon ? and a steak ? sandwich. The salad had oil and vinegar just enough. Salmon was very tasty. Steak was cooked to perfection with onions .We got the homemade chocolate ? mousse. It was the waiters suggestion. They were right.. very fresh and tasty.Good find in this area.

The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. We ordered mostly seas food but 1 person in our party got the lamb chops, they were so tender! The service was delightful and everything came out promptly and piping hot. My only caveat was the music did not fit the ambiance of the restaurant and was just a touch too loud. Otherwise we will be back and I'm bringing friends to try this spot
Some of the staff don't speak English so well, but they're very accommodating. The food, especially the shellfish, was some of the best I've ever had in the US. Especially the broth - try dripping the bread they give you!

Delicious food, great outdoor seating, excellent margaritas, hot Brazilian servers, very clean. Love the parking lot also. The shrimp Caesar salad was the best I've ever had idk why it just was. Never been to Newark before but I'd go again to eat here.

Me and the wife went out for a nice seafood dinner an this place was the Best! Great location, parking and really beautiful restaurant with a sexy back area. The food was super delicious, out of this world! They give you so much for your money an I have never had service that was so nice...REALLY LOVED THIS PLACE!..DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK?
