Very nice atmosphere. We had steak tacos. Not the taste and flavoring I’m used to so I probably won’t get them again. The meat was more on the chewy side and not super soft But they were ok. This is definitely a place to enjoy good music and great drinks. Our circle of family and friends really did enjoy the food and drinks. The server was super attentive and made sure we were good the entire time. Enjoyed our short time here and would definitely return.

This place was a fantastic find! Good food, atmosphere so chill, and my drink was just right. Try the Blueberry Lemon Drop or the Black & Ginger. Pasta was was delicious, you will want the recipe for the sauce. Catfish nuggets light and will melt in your mouth!Parking: It's in the heart of downtown Newark, we chose the street but there are several paid parking lots across from Prudential center. We got lucky finding a spot on the street so close to the venue.

Honestly astounded, the bar staff did not show up to serve. You would think with prime real estate with the stadium they would be used to the crowds…. Not that I call this a crowd. Much quieter than other bars, took us 20+ minutes just to get a bottle of beer from the bar. Would not come here again before a game.Important : automatic 18% gratuity and 3% credit card surcharge..

Well worth the time. Wish I'd taken pictures. Food was excellent. Service very attentive to customers. The server constantly checked with us several times, to make sure that everything was okay. You don't see that much in restaurants, anymore .Usually they bring you food and then next time you see them again is at the register.

I went to Bar Vanquish for a private event. Walking in, I loved the overall atmosphere of the bar area as well as the private space. I enjoyed the chicken wings, alfredo pasta, and the vegetable egg rolls. I would definitely recommend and would come here again with friends and be interested in hosting my own event using their private space. Parking was a bit difficult with it being an event at the Prudential Center, so be mindful of that. But overall, a great experience!

Service was non-existent. It was crowded and dinner time before a huge concert at Prudential Center, so maybe that’s why it took over 30min for a server to come to us and over 1 hour to get our food. The food was absolutely delicious! But very expensive. Would never come here again.
This was a last minute choice, but a great one! Everything was excellent! I ordered the Blueberry Margarita and my friend had the watermelon. We both enjoyed them.. Nice size and tasted great (not syrupy..more like puree). We also ordered the salmon sliders, Caribbean tacos, and shared the pasta with Jerked Salmon (I took a pic as an after thought so most of the salmon wasn't in it).Service was fast and friendly, DJ played some good music, vibe was great.. Prices are a bit high (more like NYC prices) but everything was worth it. I will definitely return!!
