Friendly professional staff. Their food is always fresh and I love their pastries, coffee(gallon)and bread. I go there with a few friends or family every chance I get. The attendants seem to be doing you a big favor! Terrible service, nothing works properly in this place! There is no point in having good products and having bad employees.
The bakery is good, with a pleasant atmosphere and quality products, but what discourages eating there are the staff who, out of love, are too piggy, unfortunately. They don't have any sense.Every time I go there I see them either with their hands on their mouth, in their hair, or on their nose while they are wearing gloves and when you go to ask for something, with the same glove they pick things up. In the past, to pick up cake or chicken pie, they used a spatula to do so, now they just use a dirty glove.It's not a matter of freshness, but you have to have sense and hygiene, and the basics.Last time I went there, as it was empty, 2 girls were talking, then the one wearing gloves runs her hand through the other's hair and then when the customer arrives, she uses the same glove to take bread for the customer.This is absurd, really.Another time another attendant had her hand over her mouth biting her nail and I ended up just ordering a coffee there at the time but then got something else from another attendant.Anyway, then the person eats and feels sick, they don't know why.Little pigs, please have a little more sense.It would be great if the owner or manager were aware of this detail because it seems like no one cares about it.I'm just leaving this review because unfortunately it's a recurring thing.

I bought this cornmeal cake today 1/6 and when I got home it was moldy, I called the bakery to alert them about it since someone who is not paying attention could buy the cake and eat it... when I was answered by a man who asked if I I was sure I bought it there because they didn't have any cake from that date available for sale. I wasn't even calling to ask for my money back, because I live far away and it's not worth going back for $7.99 but it was absurd to buy a moldy product and still be judged that way...

I just ordered two sandwiches. It arrived on time but very cheap bread and old salad, french fries was raw it was a horrible experience for me as first time costumer. never again!

An amazing assortment of foods to order! An entire wall of beverages to select from! Excellent prices! I went there for breakfast, and then again for lunch! The coffee and pan de agua was on point! The pastels and fruit juices were amazing! The Portuguese meat bread looked to die for! Can't wait to go back and try more!
