While doing outreach work I found this cafe what a wonderful surprise. They have shakes that I'm able to enjoy without the guilt that I'm not being good with my sugar intake. They owner stated it was diabetic friendly. I'm not diabetic but I'm watching my sugar. I had a yummy Pumpkin shake, poor thing didn't stand a chance within blocks from the store I drank it and was happy that no one was near as I use my straw to slurp up every last bit. LOL. I walked into BMC and was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted by Jerry who introduced me to an amazing Strawberry Cheesecake protein smoothie and raspberry donut! Plus, the cafe is cute and a WHOLE VIBE! I will definitely be coming back. I want to try one of their energy drinks next. Thanks so much!

Jerry is a super cool dude, and the menu is unique and tastes great. Loved that I could have any of the menu items since they were all dairy free?Dietary restrictions: Everything has no dairy
