Upon entering the premises, I was appalled to find overflowing garbage bins and a general lack of cleanliness throughout the dining area.The sight and smell of overflowing garbage were not only unpleasant but also deeply concerning from a hygiene standpoint. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to neglect such basic cleanliness standards, especially considering the potential health hazards it poses to both customers and staff.As a loyal customer, I have always enjoyed the food and service at your establishment. However, the appalling conditions I witnessed during my visit have left me with serious doubts about the overall hygiene and management of your restaurant.I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that such a situation does not occur again in the future. Customers should feel confident in the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the restaurants they choose to dine in.I sincerely hope that you will take this complaint seriously and implement necessary measures to improve the cleanliness and hygiene of your restaurant. Failure to do so may result in the loss of loyal customers like myself.Unfortunately, I had to make a purchase because I was going to store for an elderly female who had a craving for the food. Please note there was more than enough workers to handle matters. No I didn’t speak to manager due to me being in a rush. Horrible store!!! Waited half an hour just for my door dash delivery man said that he been waiting outside for over 30 minutes because they had the door closed. They didn't even bother to close the store on the doordash app so people dont other in this store. Now i gotta wait 3 to five business day for my 30 dollars refund ??

Terrible experience, the place was super dirty when we arrived, the food was cold and the burrito was poorly wrapped, we asked for a change or for them to warm it up and they didn't help us claiming that it was already bitten, the solution was to put another tortilla on it but it was still just as cold , it is the only Chipotle where this has happened to me, I do not recommend it.

This is the worst chipotle, just go to a different nearby location. This location always run out of sour cream , their Al Pastor is dry unlike every other location, they never have any forks or napkins out, and place is just overall mess. The employees usually have an attitude like a bigger back lady who does the pick up in back.This opinion is after going to the location 4 times due to working in the area.

Line out the door and making everyone wait til their up front to order to be told they had no meat/no beans. The iced tea machines they have completely empty. No napkins refilled and garbage out the top of the can. Waste of time and money for consumers. Do better. Write a note on the door if you can not keep up with your volume of costumers before you make them wait 20 mins on line for nothing.

They did not have the chicken al pastor and would not make more despite being open for 3 more hours. They also did not take cash and the only place it was advertised was small and impossible to see with the long line so people were getting turned away after waiting and ordering their food.

Why would you put so much sour cream in my bowl when I asked for guac,???Like cmon it’s not even funny.Messed up the order that badly???First time that happened to me, never going to that place again smh.
The chicken is starting to be too spicy. The servers always giving a little bit of rice and/or meat.

I’ve never eaten at this location went around 7:45 pm firstly the location seems to be a hangout for the delivery bikers. Second there was no salsa barely green salsa no chips no vinagrette, I’ve never seen so many ingredients missing at a chipotle. Two stars bc i actually got my food please do better!

I've been coming to this location for years since I work in the area.I was in there to order my dinner the other day. It was a long line with one African employee doing the absolute best she can fulfilling orders.When I got to the front I saw a diminished selection of food. I inquired with one of the employees that was around and was told, the truck never showed up. I got whatever they had left and left a tip.This isn't the first time I noticed logistics and management issues.The front staff are great and they do the best they can but this location has poor bosses and management.Management, you need to do a better job. Stop collecting checks and allow your customers and loyal staff to suffer.Even in the reviews, all management says is "reach out to us on this link"
