Beware- hidden fees, higher prices. My husband placed an order for a birthday cake (tres leches for 25 people). He was told the price was $75 (we even called another time to ask for price again) and paid with his card over the phone. Girl would send receipt but she never did. After he picked up cake, they charged him $88. That's $13 more than stated price. He went to store for refund but they claimed order was for $79 plus tax and fees. We definately won't be coming back to this place!!

I went into order two sandwiches and 3 juices. Price came out to 40 dollars. They charged me more bc the sandwich supposedly had two eggs in it. They also charged me 2 dollars extra for each drink because it had no ice in it. A ridiculous amount for two tiny bacon egg and cheese sandwich and 3 small juices. And the lady at the register was very rude and did not want to give a receipt.

The loser who runs operates this awful place cold calls out of state numbers in an attempt to scam money from them. I've been targeted several times. Absolute scumbag avoid at all costs, likely a front for a sketchier illegal business.I'm reporting to all relevant authorities.Edit: I confirmed the number is correct and matches the listing. And I sent proof to authorities and reported your business. I also reached out to Google to remove your listing.Scammer.

On December 10, I bought a 3 leche cake which, when I shared it with my children, the texture of the completely dry cake without flavor and the bitter cake was extremely unpleasant.

Ugh, the coxing and the rissole de cameron did not taste good here - they tasted old, sadly, as they're not made fresh to order. Maybe earlier in the day these products would taste better - but once they start getting old, they should be pulling them off of the shelves. At least the cappuccino was alright. Service was helpful. Ambience was like a typical small Latin American cafeteria. Luckily for me, there are many other bakeries to choose from in the Ironbound district.

Their food is fresh and very delicious .I highly recommend this place. I also bought dessert., it's like a cake but has caramel like flan on it. DELICIOUS!

One of my favorite bakeries in the ironbound. I’ve been coming here for many years. They have a mighty fine chicken quesadilla! The Cuban sandwiches amazing. But the cheeseburgers are to die for lol…. And try the Elmo cookie with coffee. It never disappoints.

Delicias is a bakery and hot foot bar. The staff is nice and everything was quick. I got a mixture of pastries empanadas & coxhinas. The food was greasy. It was near the end of the day & it was shocking how there was still that much grease on everything. The taste of the chicken empanada tasted like it may be going rotten. I really wanted to like it here but seriously the food was not good. I think it may be something as simple as changing how the fried foods like empanadas are stored and putting them on a grease rack under a hot light that will drip some of the access off throughout the day. The empanadas were put in a brown bag and I left it on my lap for the car ride home. Unfortunately when I got home I had a giant 2 inch grease stain on my pants. Nice service, good potential, good prices, needs a few changes to food preparation

Disappointing. My friend and I went for dinner. Could only find one clean table to eat at, which wasn’t where we really wanted to sit. I wanted to wash my hands before eating and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. I told the staff but she never brought any. Gross! I ordered the stewed 1/2 chicken which was cold, and did not taste fresh. The black beans were cold too. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back.

Visited this bakery for a snack and to use their restroom which as a visitor to the U.S I thought was for paying customers only. They kindly explained that it wasn’t so. The ham & cheese croissant and the apple turnover I ordered were delicious!! Very friendly and patient staff!

I hadn't been at this place for several years but was in the neighborhood and stopped in around 8 am for coffee. Got a cappuccino and a chicken coxinha (basically a tear-shaped crocket), coxinhas are my favorite treat. The coxinha had to be microwaved at 8am, shouldn't it be fresh that early in the am? I thought it was just because they open at 5 am and 3 hours later it maybe was not warm. I was so wrong. The coxinha was cracked down the middle(not cut), which means it was at least a day old and she left it in the microwave so long that the chicken inside was too dry for me to eat it. The coffee was ok but nothing special. The cashier looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there and I had to wait for her to notice me standing there waiting because she was looking at her phone. I was the only one there at the time so she was not busy. I would not go back, the overall experience was frustrating.

Waitresses are are not friendly and hard to communicate with. Custom orders are not followed correctly and food is mediocre.

This place recently introduced their buffet. I got arroz gandules, pernil, and maduros. The rice wasn't very Puerto Rican flavorful (go to PR and eat theirs instead), the pernil was tough and dry, and the maduros were quite stiff. It's $8 per pound, so it's nominally cheaper than the buffet in Nova Alianza ($9/lb). BUT, Nova Alianza's buffet is so much better, and you're NOT forced to pay an 18% tip. Also, this place charges 3.5% credit card fee, so BEWARE!
