My order arrived late not 25-35 minutes as quoted over the phoneI ordered @ 5:49 pm, arrived 7:26 pm, I received a text @6:09 saying driver was in my neighborhood & would arrive shortly.Food was not edible at a cost of $38.34. This is totally unacceptable. I regret not reading the reviews before I ordered.I will never order from this establishment again.

This is by far the worst Dominos I have ever bought from. They always take HOURS to deliver. I order my pizza today and it came 2 1/2 hours later. I called the store and She started yelling at me saying she is the only one working there, what do I want her to do. No apologies of anything. I am so done with dominos. This is not the first time I have to wait hours for my pizza, it's an ongoing issue EVERYTIME. Sick of thier lack of service. You'll stand a better chance at Papa John's.

I placed an order on the dominos app at 12:24 it is currently 1:22 and the pizza has still not arrived. The tracker on the app does not work not to mention i’ve been on the phone for more than 30 minutes and each time they hang up. Not sure when my food will be delivered.

They have a sign in there saying don’t feed employees as if they are animals . Only time youu see a “don’t feed ..” sign is at a zoo where animals live and the park where birds be . This isn’t cool .

Tried to call twice to place an order I couldn't understand the person on the phone they were foreign after 30 mins she finally understood me then said she had to transfer me to the store .. then the guy answers the phone he was harder to understand and never got the order in .... this is ridiculous.... put someone on the phone that speaks clear American English
Just shut down! Don’t even go here and don’t even order here. The pizza be tasting weird, pizza orders coming super late 2-5 hours late, wrong pizza orders and don’t even listen to the order you give them, nobody speaks English. Not even a one star should be giving them a 0 star.I literally go all the way to dominos pizza by ferry street just to get my pizza there.

This place has the worst dominoes I've ever came across it's like I've been to other dominoes and they take pride on slapping that butter on the crust and it's great! I spent $28 on very dry pizza, very flat cheesy bread and over cooked tots.. like there is no way the cheese on the tots was more more burnt than the cheese on the pizza! The cheesy bread was so flat it's giving y'all put a rollin pin on it before puttin it on the box! I put a claim in and they gon send me a code for another funky pizza but I spent $28 and everything was trash but y'all can make this up with just a free pizza code? I had one bad experience at another dominoes I went back explained my experience to somebody and they remade my 1 item order. That dominoes in hackettstown is very fair to they customers! Let just take pride in the food we make in the first place because people are paying for the dominoes experience we see on tv.
