The delivery service nearly always sucks at this location as they refuse to come inside the building and deliver to your apartment. If I wanted to get dressed and go out, I wouldn’t waste my time and money paying delivery charges and tip! I would just go out and get it myself!Today, I ordered the “New York” style pizza. I’m not sure what New York they are referring to, but it sure isn’t in the state if New York! It was under cooked and mushy with zero flavor. DO NOT order it!!! I can’t even begin to figure out how to salvage it, it’s that bad!!!Now, here I sit, starving to death with a nasty pizza that I can’t eat! I should have gone with Thai food!!!

There is a language barrier, especially between the drivers and customers to which I believe can be a potential business failure.I also received a really bad customer service from the management who believe that not hiring employees who are uncomfortable of speaking the native language is considered as racism.Very unprofessional!!!!!!

Waited over 40 mins for delivery still no food called the store and told I have to wait another 20 mins for delivery. Tracked my order on the app and it’s stayed on prepare and driver is on his way. There’s absolutely no communication with this particular restaurant. Customer service sucks!!!!

Ahh wooosaaaa….ok ….. Driver Forgot my Sauces I called the store to let them know they questioned me 3 times asking if I was sure because the driver kept saying he did give me the sauces (I wouldn’t lie about no stupid sauces) basically calling me a liar, first of all they took an hour n a half to bring my food and they’re only 3 blocks away ! Oh yea and I’m still here waiting for the sauces after his little attitude over the phone.

Well now never came because now they won’t answer the phone and I still don’t have my order. I also can’t reach someone to get a refund and I’m dizzy cause I was waiting for food for so long.

My online order last night made me sick within 3 hrs of me eating it. I ordered pasta carbonara, cheesy bread, and a pizza with light tomato sauce, ham, black olives, and mushrooms. When I was eating it only the pizza, it was hot, but I noticed it seemed kind of doughey. I'm pretty certain now that the pizza was not fully cooked. I had 3 slices and no other food of what I ordered. Within 3 hours of me eating, I was sick in the bathroom for about 30 mins. I was watching the online system when I ordered it and thought it was made and on the way to me very quickly. And, the driver didn't give me any utensils to eat my pasta.
I ordered a pizza with the address of a restaurant that was impossible to confuse and went to buy a vape. I called the store and the woman who answered the phone, upon hearing my greeting in Spanish, sent me into the void. Terrible service, they play dumb knowing that going through our orders means that their payments come out, they don't know how to value a customer.
