Ordered my usual, an Iced Coffee and bagel w/cream cheese. Asked the the cashier can the cook (which was the manager) to change his gloves because he just made 3 (pork) bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. The cashier asked him to change his gloves, he looked at me, then proceeded to grab the thin bagel with a huge hole in it and made it. I stood there because I’m thinking maybe that’s for someone else. Once he finished he turns around and hand me the bag. I said that’s not mines because you never changed your gloves, she (the cashier asked you as well. He said with “we don’t change gloves, you don’t want it give her money back”. I’m Muslim, I don’t eat pork! I’ve never experienced this before and I go to Dunkin everyday! I’ve never heard no other Dunkin Donuts say “we don’t change gloves. He’s touching food, he’s making coffee, he using his rotten teeth to open things. He’s very rude! How is he the manager at this location!!! I remember his wife use to run this place, I remember when NaNa use to run this place. I’ve never had this experience.

Only at this location charge for less ice or more ice. Even if you order on the app. I recommend going to 707 Broad st. It's right next to Nike and their store is bigger and you save money. For some reason 188 Market st has higher prices. WANNA SAVE? GO TO 707 BROAD ST.

I wish incould give this location 10 stars bc they're just that great!!! I never miss a Dunkin run when I'm in this area bc the people and service are just the best. They NEVER EVER disappoint. Every single time I go here they are unbelievably pleasant, friendly, and make your coffee and food to perfection. Everything is neatly packaged and served with absolute care. Everyone here should get a raise bc they've set a very high standard for DD that I have never found at any other location. I love these folks and I hope that corporate gives them the reward they deserve!
No issues with mobile orders here! Gentleman working the morning shift greeted me by name, served the order within 2 minutes and even offered ketchup and napkins. Very polite experience!
I’m allergic to nuts and they reused the same spoon that stirred a drink with almond milk for my drink. I told them I was allergic to nuts and asked them to remake it and the woman said to “try it” and got mad at me and refused to remake it until her boss came out. I literally would have died if I drank any of it.

I do not normally make reviews. I made this account solely for this experience. The coffee came out burned. I requested a new cup from the barista who kindly replaced it for me. This was also burned. I've been coming here for years I will not be back
