Of course this is a major Dunkin. It’s right by major highways and businesses. But the staff is all one race and they’re nasty! The service is trash, the coffee is trash. Depends on who knows you and they’ll make your coffee right. The snackin bacon is a nice portion but is cold majority of the time!!!! They need a different race of workers here because honey this is a mess

Atmosphere? Be careful of people soliciting right before you walk-in. The service and food is decent with timeliness, the workers are careful with your orders too. They make sure you're handed the correct order which I appreciate.

This has got to be the worst Dunkin. When I order 10 minutes ahead on the app it's still not ready, then most of the time it's wrong. I go in and homeless people are begging inside while I'm ordering. They spend more time worrying about the drive through customers than those at the counter. You have to ask for light and regular sugar if you want light and sweet otherwise you'll be sent into a sugar coma. Today I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while everyone else took care of the drive thru when I only wanted a muffin in a bag not toasted. Only to have someone walk up and say wait some more. If you have time go to the DD at Lukoil on Rt 21 so much better service.

Something was lost in translation. I had a hard time hearing the young lady taking my order. Apparently the speaker was not in good working order. And as a result, I received more than I ordered, and did not receive what I actually wanted. That was fine, however, I was not really pleased with my $16.00 'breakfast' of double bacon, double hash browns and two coffees.The bacon was good but cold, the hash browns were greasy, cold, and tasted like everything that was ever cooked in the fryer grease. The coffee was extremely hot and so full that I had to pour some out so that I could add sugar and cream myself. I have never been so disappointed in D&D. This location, (close to Newark International Airport long term parking), needs to be cleaned up and updated. It is too busy for the poor condition that it is in.
