This place and the Indian manager sucks!! They never have donuts readily available. I'm sick of this. Have to go all the way to Jersey city for quality donuts. I hope starbucks starts selling donuts to put this company out of business.

I went to pick up my order wish was already paid for on the app I was asked to pay again and was handed the wrong order, I handed the order back and told the worker that it’s the wrong order, another employee came from the back like a tornado arm with a barrage of curse words and disrespected me and denied me service.such animal behavior should not be at the forefront of customer service

Terrible service during the night, sir who attends ALWAYS is sleeping. Yesterday 25 min to get a donuts and coffee and anyone else on the drive thru.Please do something here is incredible.
I ordered a medium Peach Passion Fruit Refresher and the workers put so much ice and little juice. I did not ask for this much ice. This was a scam.

On 2/23/2023 at about 7:45 I drove through and ordered 2 cups of coffee and sandwiches. When I got to the cashew, she handed over 2 cups and I asked for a cup holder. She screamed “ take the coffee first don’t you know it is hot”?. So if it is hot , you have a counter in front of you why don’t you put it there before getting a holder and you want me to hold the hot coffee while you get a holder. I did not utter a word neither did I say thank you after my picking my order. Very unprofessional. I have been a customer at this place since 2014. Today was the first time this happened.

Terrible service. Got cursed at by the drive threw window lady because I didn’t preorder mini bagels. Thanks Dunkin’ praying for this location to close down. Got this picture from another review im guessing she is notorious for being rude to her customers. this is the lady that was so rude and cursed me at the door. Hope she gets what she deserves I’ll let karma handle her business.
