I used to be a manager and speed was excellent they asked your order and repeated your order took your money and got you out of there with a smile ????Kid-friendliness: All customers were steady customers they work at the hospital and they knew the customers work at the hospital and they didn't have long to be in line service excellent ????

They gave me a super old cake and polar pizza. There was freezer burn on the cake, polar pizza tasted like mold this place should not be in business as a baskin Robin.

We used the drive-thru for our iced coffee here. It tasted great! This location usually has quick and good service when you are not ordering around peak time. It's a comfortable drive around the drive-thru, and there is no confusion as to where to order or where to pay. If you want to dine in, there's plenty of parking. Coffee is always good here.Parking: Plenty of parking.

I am stressing watch your bank statements when providing this location with your debit/credit card information especially in the drive-through. There are some young guys working there and I am certain they stole my bank card info and began making purchases online the very next day. I am trying to communicate with their corporate office and I will be contacting law enforcement. Scammers and thieves work at this location.

I walked in this morning and ordered a decaf cappuccino hot with no sugar and regular milk. I did get the beverage I ordered despite their being difficulty placing the order at the counter. They were trying to upsell me to The medium/large but that's too much for me. And at first the cashier said they didn't make decaf cappuccinos. She is new and to be fair the music was rather loud. No harm done. The space itself is spacious and it wasn't super busy despite Google Maps saying it's unusually busy. Maybe they meant it was busy via the drive through. This is also a Baskin Robbins store, hence the space. My drink came out in a reasonable amount of time and it tastes decent. I'm not a DD fan normally but I was next door doing laundry and was relieved the see that this place was here so I could get my coffee. I don't know when I'll be in the area again, but I would come and order again.
