The lady at the window taking the orders attitude was disgusting I was so shocked. I get customer service is stressful but her attitude was ridiculous she needs to be fired working with people is definitely not her thing I drove off I refuse to give my money to a store who hire people like that.

The workers are very nasty they won’t let you use the lady room only the men’s and that’s disgusting tissue on the floor on the toilet seat and when I ask to use the ladies room I was told in a nasty disrespectful way that it’s only for the workers so I got smart back and walked out didn’t want them making my food don’t kno if they was gonna cough on it it’s very nasty workers

Went into this establishment today and was very disappointed, I'm usually disappointed coming in here because the food is often burnt and the drinks often watered down but today was my breaking point. Staff there is very rude, ghetto and lack professionalism. There is always a long wait even if there is no customers in the store or drive-through. If you go in for an online pick-up you will be standing there for at least 10-15 minutes without someone even acknowledging you, even though they look you directly in the eyes and when you do ask for assistance the staff will catch an attitude with you and act like your bothering them. Staff is often socializing with friends that come in to see them instead of prioritizing customers. I ended up canceling my order and leaving.

Why can't they just make the coffee like you ordered it?

Charging .79-$1 for grape jelly and I ordered a “breakfast sandwich” is ridiculous! That’s like ordering fries and charging me for ketchup or ordering coffee and charging me for cream. And the manager girl made sure that the other staff knew to charge me for it. Kick

There was a guy there today, so rude and inpatient. They dont even care that I have baby on me. He doesn't fit to be an attendant. He refused to listen to customer, refused my order. His colleagues were just laughing too. Very poor service!!!

Simply the worst experience. Would give it a negative rating if available. Waited 10+ minutes after my turn finally came to get any service with ZERO communication from the workers. Upon coming up to the window the manager “Angel” was rude, provoking, and condescending and refuses to serve the delayed order after excessive wait because I expressed my frustration with what was supposed to be fast food service, and asked to speak with the manager. He stated that he is the manager, he doesn’t care if he loses his job, and that multiple customers expressed the same but he simply couldn’t care less. Very sad to see a big chain managed by such mentality. Definitely not going again and will go elsewhere.
