There was a line here and it took a while to get to the front. Once we were there we got our food and it tasted like any other Dunkin Donuts. The munchkins were fresh and had just the right amount of glaze. The bowtie is also legit and one of my favorites. Coffee roll is also my jam.

Please DO NOT order sourdough sandwich form the terminal 3. It was the driest sandwich I have ever had in my entire life. I only had the eggs and bacon and threw the bread right in the trash. Other than that, it was all average. Just remember, do not order that one. Also, the line was insanely long, even right before the opening of the store.

Because we did not get time to stop by one in New York, we had to because it's always done during an East Coast trip before leaving. I liked that it was there at Newark Terminal C and we happened to have plenty of time to stop here before our flight back to San Francisco. We had the Boston Kreme donut & glazed donut and it tasted great. We did not have the coffee, but from previous visits, Dunkin' Coffee is really good too.

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. Line around the corner they open late rude to the customers and act like people don’t have a flight to catch. This is the store on terminal C but the C108 gate. The young Indian kid with glasses is a complete j*** and two Indian told everyone they would open 20 min before they did. Don’t waste your time and coffee was cold and nasty

So this rating is for Farrin , she is the shift manager. I brought back my avocado toast because first of all it was disgusting, the avocado didn't taste like avocado. I asked her if it was fresh avocado they used and she said "yea" I then ask her if it comes in a package and she said "yea" .... Lmao that is not fresh , i thought they used a real avocado. Please avoid the avocado tots it's disgusting. I proceeded to tell her I wanted my money back for the avocado tots she said "no I can't do that , we don't do returns because we can't resell it" I said "why would you resell food?.... Just give me my money back" she said "no I can't do that" I said "ok can I speak to your manager " she said " I am the shift manager " I asked her name and she told me it was Farrin. I asked her again to refund me my money and she said " why are you asking my name if you want your money back" I told her I was going to complain about her lack of service and if course post it on Yelp. She finally said ok I'll give you your money back .... I swear she has got to be the dumbest person I ever met.

How could a simple egg and cheese on an English muffin go wrong? It tasted like chemicals. Not sure if it was the cheese or the English muffin. Ate half of it anyway because I was exhausted and hungry.

I ordered small coffee with cream and sugar and Egg & cheese sandwich. Very satisfied with my order especially the coffee. They made it so well just what I needed after a redeye flight from Cali. The staff were so friendly and efficient. Couldn't be more happier with my experience here. Thank You Dunkin'!
