Horrible horrible horrible service good thing I don't use this place anymore to get donuts and the ones in Harrison are way better the dining area is way too small and because of COVID now there's 3 seats used to be 6 seats and there's better places that give you breakfast like McDonalds and forget this place...

It’s way better than the bs one on market st , though one lady (might be Egyptian or something) in there does not seem to be fit for that job she talks,while taking orders to the younger girls (who are really working) an she still gets the orders wrong second time I go there an she said she ain’t have the flavor an did an today forgot my whole sandwich didn’t notice til I got home, other than her everyone else in there is great on days she ain’t there I’d give a 5 star

Usually I love this Dunkin but on this day April 12 at 1pm a young girl made me wait 10 minutes to only say to me that I will be waiting longer while she did anything else avoiding us... I got upset knowing I was just picking up coffee before work and this girl was supposed to take care of the only customers in front of us instead of making herself whatever behind the counter... I'm real disappointed with the only Dunkin I love in my neighborhood. The young girl was completely unprofessional and doesn't know what she's doing or how to take care of customers

They are open 24 hours! Any person who ❤️ coffee will truly appreciate this. I called thinking the hours will be different on Christmas Day but was told they're open. The food is not that cheap but somewhat affordable compared to going in a deli or restaurant. Some staff is very friendly and you might get 1 or 2 that seems to be out of it. Overall it's Dunkin.
