The pancakes are 5 star but the customer service 1 star. You have to place your order using a kiosk so there’s no person to talk to about your order prior to placing it and paying for it. I wanted a simple stack of pancakes with banana included. They had another banana chocolate covered pancake dish on the menu I didn’t want but they clearly offer banana on the menu (just not as an additional side that you can order from the kiosk). I travel by air at least twice a month, and the service, price and food quality was significantly worse than any other airport restaurant I have visited in recent memory. I had a long layover and decided to have a sit down lunch. Ordering is done through a QR-code, which one would have thought would have speed-up the process, but it did not. Do NOT come to this location. For $17.00 you would expect a proper stack of pancakes… Not only did we only receive 3 small pancakes, we received 3 paper thin pancakes… for $17.00! To top it off, there was NO line, yet the employee moved at the pace of a large disabled sloth. I could’ve made pancake batter from scratch and finished cooking the whole batch before this woman could lift her spatula.
