You need to fire all your staff, the only way it could have been worse is if they spit on you, but at least they would have been some sort of acknowledgment. The most miserable staff. They must be told not to talk to customers and don't smile.You seat yourself, order your own food and they ask for a tip before you get food.Ordered coke, and got handed flat Pepsi. Glasses where dirty.Waited 30 minutes for a pizza, that never came and had to ask where it was and was told it was coming, with a attitude (at least they said something).This place is bad.

Talure is an amazing server!! She was attentive and kind. The pizza was to die for as Jackie kept us engaged as she cooked. You can see the pizza cooking in the grill which gives a great feel. Gina was fun too. Yes the food is expensive! Welcome to an airport lol. Let’s be fair guys. It’s not that many of them and you can watch the food being cooked. Some people order to go so it may take 15 mins for the pizza (real flour) to be cooked.

Took 40 minutes for them to even acknowledge our existence. They gave order to wrong person, had to wait additional 10 minutes. Pizza was below sub par.

Don't go there even if you are hungry! Too expensive and worst service. Garlic bread dry and cool took 15min to bring to our table. The waiters are all confusing bringing our order to another table and vise versa. Nerver stop there again !

Horrible little hole. $60 for a sandwich and a Baileys. The baileys was a dribble in a glass. I asked for no bacon and no avocado on my sandwich. It came out with both and the waitress said that I could just pick them off? Couldn't believe it. Worst restaurant

Employees here don’t have an idea what a good service is. No idea. The place is empty but they are too busy doing nothing. Maybe wondering on the space.They need a customer service basic course.Pd: I just checked previous reviews and are all bad, no surprise. What catch my attention was that someone replied to few of them and in one instance said something like “this is not the service we are pride about” or something like that. That statement made me laugh.In the contrary, anyone looking at the reviews can easily see its bad service all the time.Give a basic service training to your employees.Good luck with that

Terrible ordering process for a restaurant. They should not ask you to put a tip before the food is ordered and served. It took half hour to have a pizza at the airport. Service is slow and unprofessional.

Pizza was great! I got the Margherita, definitely enough food for one person— nice fluffy crust. There’s no real service— you order on your phone and it’s brought to the table. It does take a bit, but worth the wait if not in a hurry!

Not worth the money. You'd rather get a sandwich in a kiosk, it will certainly be better. Really it could be good looking at the ingredients but you can really feel the cooking does not like is job and doesn't care, nor the waitress.

The food is good. However, the service is terrible. It took a long time for the food to arrive; the attitude of the waiters, terrible; When they brought us the food there were no plates, we asked for them and with faces they brought us the things; We asked for condiments like ketchup, and they went to see if there was any and never came back. Bad attitude. And the last straw is that they FORCE you to leave a tip through the website, before even interacting with the waiters. NOTHING RECOMMENDED, especially if you are in a hurry.
