I asked the guy to use gloves, he use gloves to put the fries in the fryer. But when he was putting it in the container. He had one gloves on holding the container. And the other hand didn’t have any gloves, and he used the hand without gloves to touch my food. Nastiest thing ever. And this isn’t the first

I got food from the INDIAN BBQ which shares the space & service counter but can't be found on the map. The bowl concept works and all the food was good! Decent portion for the price. Try them out! (Only negative was there was one electrical outlet in the joint and it didn't work, so don't plan on plugging in your laptop)

Just ate here today for lunch and it was FANTASTIC!! The portion was huge and I am currently eating the other half for dinner. WOW !! I got the bacon cheeseburger fries and it was packed with meat, bacon and the cheese sauce! It was made to order fresh and absolutely delicious!! Wish i took a pic before i dove into it. It shares the space with Indian BBQ so its a nice selection of food if u go to eat with a few people. It was very clean and nice to sit and eat. Will b back to try more fries !! Low reviews puzzle me but I guess if u aren't crazy about french fries maybe FRENCH FRY HEAVEN isn't a place for u.
Just got a delivery by Uber eats, terrible food. Nasty fries looks like they used rotten potatoes and the chicken it’s worse than a cheap nugget. Save your money

I was pleasantly surprised at the fries (sounds funny a bit). I am from Québec and when I see poutines on menus I get anxious. It's infrequently done right outside of Québec... but the fries were up to standard. :)

First time visiting earlier today! Food is fantastic! Everything is made fresh! Friendly and patient staff. Will visit again in the future!!! 10 stars!

TLDR: The fries are made fresh, but not much else going for the place. The food doesn't have much flavor and the restaurant isn't too clean. If We got the Chipotle Chicken Taco Loaded Fries and the 3 Piece Chicken Tenders to share between two people.French Fry Heaven shares the same store as a neighbor restaurant, so a single cashier moves between both to take orders. The employee running the station was friendly, but service was definitely a bit slow. The same employee let me know that to use the bathroom I had to shake the door handle until I "heard a sound". After a minute or two of fighting the handle I finally got the door open only to realize that the faucet wasn't actually attached to the sink; I couldn't wash my hands. I get why so many surfaces of the restaurant were so grimy.When the food came it looked pretty good! The chicken fingers were slightly burned, but they were juicy - They were pretty decent with the sweet chili sauce. The actual fries were pretty good. They fry the spuds to order right in front of you, so you know they're fresh. They weren't very crispy, but they were hefty enough to withstand the mountain of toppings. The entire portion had almost the same amount of lettuce as fries (lettuce wasn't listed on the item description). The other toppings were distinct and solid, but the dish is under seasoned and surprisingly bland. It feels like eating a warm salad with potatoes. The fries (topping and all) didn't taste horrible, but at $10 it didn't feel like a great deal.I didn't like the place too much, but I would consider trying a different item if I needed a fast eat in the area.
