I have gone to this place 4 times and each time they charge me a different price for the same thing. My Spanish speaking daughter is charged the correct price. If you are not Dominican, They will treat you bad.

Yrs ago this restaurant was great. I used to come all the time. But now they have a new staff. And it shows. The food is typical. Nothing spectacular except for the fact it's hot and better than fast food chains. And the ladies running the show change the prices to their liking. If u don't speak Spanish they will try to jack the price up on you. I've witnessed this throughy own experience. I went there and ordered the same dish on a different day in the same week and they charged me an extra five bucks. It literally went from 8 to 13. In two days. Then I sent my Spanish speaking friend in and they charged him the original price. I say if u can avoid this place,do. But if your hungry and have a taste for cheap beans and rice that are overrated and overpriced, this is the spot. I would have gave it one star but at the end of the day I don't knock any business trying to pay the bills. I don't hate the place. They just will hustle u if you let them.

I came here and the two young ladies behind the counter dishing out the food were very nice. I have not been here in years but, the food still tastes the same and I will be back!! Great experience and food was fresh ? ?

Just moved to the neighborhood and already ate there twice the food is great and the ladies working there are so polite and very friendly. Love eating there.

There was a short line. The staff and service were okay. The food was okay. We had the stew chicken and baked chicken. For both orders, we had yellow rice and pinto beans.
Nice food, but they have poor customer service just have to make up on that so you guys don't let people stand for ever in front of the counter.

Do not go if you don’t speak Spanish. Poor attitude from unmotivated workers and they were unable to communicate with me in English. I felt unwanted in the restaurant as I stood there for 10-15 minutes waiting to order. The workers were more concerned about taking phone orders rather then helping people standing there waiting to order

my first time ever going to this restaurant and the customer service was so nasty I understand. I don't speak Spanish, but the attitude was not worth it. Not sure how the food taste it was recommended to me, but I would never go back because of the customer service.
