amazing manager and very respectful. Always on top of everything and does everything to make the experience wonderful. Thanks to the manager it seems the place has truly change for the better. Love this McDonald’s.

Whether it's a restaurant, grocery store, etc. finding someone who speaks English is a major challenge.The McDonald's on Broadway in Newark, NJ just plain stinks You have to order from kiosks as a walk in customer and wait until the cows come home to get your food. In this case, I walked out without buying anything. The employees were concentrating on the drive thru window and UberEats. If you are planning to take off a couple pounds, try ordering for this restaurant....the wait alone will rapidly start your weight loss ?

We missed breakfast waiting to place an order. Manager and employee were arguing about an Uber order already been taken. Ordered lunch on my phone now waiting for the food 20 min. Google shows the place less busy then usual but we still waiting for our food. Do yourself a favor. You some place else. This McDonald’s is not well run.

they're supposed to be open and ready for customers at 5 AM when you go to the drive-through. No one answers you then when they finally answer you after about 20 minutes of waiting they tell you that you can only pay with cash you guys open at 4 AM. How am I supposed to pay with cash?
