Where do I start lol. I've been going here for the last 3 years and decided to give them a review since they have earned it. I been to a lot of fried chicken shops but none have came close to this one. The food is always great never had an issue, they use good quality ingredients.The service is very good always smiling and professional.If you've never been to palace definitely put it on your bucket list you won't be disappointed. There portions are very good too there not cheap like other stores in Jersey.I've lived in New Jersey all my life this place has the best chicken by far. the flavor of that chicken is so good and not too salty. Try there Italian cheeseburger or cheesesteak I usually get those as well. Everything is good can't wait to try some more stuff on there menu. Best chicken in the country hands down.

I wanted some take out food for dinner and I ordered wings and fries they were cook so very good like I waned extra crispy and I didn't even had to asked them were done so good I will go there again food was very good.

Can never go wrong here.... From chicken to sandwiches, from fruit to red velvet cake, it's allllllll fresh and delicious. Been eating here for over a year now. I have not 1 bad complaint to say about them.....

This place has had one review for as long as I've been Yelping. Time to double that. Palace is classic urban chicken. You walk in and it's a store with a counter and food. No bars on the windows is a good sign! Prices aren't what they used to be but you get a solid 3 chicken parts with a side for under $10. Chicken was moist and perfectly cooked. The flavors are like you just can't get outside Newark. Indescribable mix of spices, tangy, slightly spicy, just so well balanced. Service was friendly even if he took a second to realize I was standing right there. Lots of pickup orders.Now downsides: Nowhere to sit. High prices for small desserts (made locally but not here). Some of the chicken wasn't that crispy.But some was. I'm so glad I finally found a reason to stop here and when my friend asked his friend about the best friend chicken in Newark, this was the first place he mentioned. That seals it at 5 stars. I want to spread the word and get more of y'all reviewing this now.
Food is great, did have a bad experience with gyros a long while ago. Got ceasar salad dressing instead of white sauce/tzatziki sauce on my gyro a few times so I avoid that

I’m on vacation not from this area all I do know is hit the gym and grab some delicious chicken and their menu is so big with different great menu option diffently always hits the spot congrats on a successful chicken Spot
